“I have a service dog and the guy charged me $20. He’s not supposed to do that. If I have a service dog, he made me pay him cash at the counter. And the hotel was very nice. It was a brand new hotel. Obviously it’s beautiful, but the new smell is very troublesome to me and my dog. So I don’t know how they can get that smell out, but the new smell is really bad. It gave me and my dog all allergies. We were coughing, coughing the whole night.”
