Friendly staff and close to Callaway Gardens. For the price it was a great deal. The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner and only got two towels for our stay. We had to go to the front desk to get extras. All in all a good stay and we would stay here again.

Building is dated. Needs maintenance but was pretty clean. Toilet in 113 runs constantly and bathroom door was falling apart. The main door had been scratched by an animal or something. Price was good and room served its purpose.

This is definitely a great deal if you want to stay just outside of the Callaway Gardens and FDR Park. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a corner store nearby for you to stock your fridge. Although we got the garden Suite with the hot tub, that probably wasn't necessary and the hot tub isn't really that big anyway but I'm not going to lower my rating because it wasn't a giant hot tub. It was what I expected for a in room hot tub. There is Wi-Fi. There is a nice area to sit out side. It looks like the best time to come to this town is the end of October and November. And you could probably go there in Christmas time too but it might be a little bit too busy because Callaway is doing a big Christmas display I can tell

The location shows definite signs of age , and there was also no breakfast of any kind provided. It was clean, though. Normal hotel amenities were there outside of the lack of breakfast. We've stayed here several times and appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of both the front desk worker and the housekeper.
