More like a motel than a hotel. However, Pine Bluff is small therefore their worldview is limited to what an actual hotel is. This was Homecoming weekend and accommodations were limited. Not the worst and far from the best. Keep your expectations low and you will be fine.
Fridge didnt work kept freezing everything we put un it aair conditioner didnt work was hot in room bad attitude from staff will never stay there again
The sheets n pillows were dingy. The bed was horrible u could feel the springs. The curtains n couch were filthy. The bathroom door was busted no lock. They need to spray more roaches we’re taking over.
Wouldn’t send a homeless person to stay there. If you have kids you can’t stay even if you already paid cause they said only 2 person to a room. The heater didn’t work and that was the reason why we got the room for the freeze. Didn’t stay cause we have 2kids and couldn’t afford to buy another room for my household of 4 to stay.
Though the mattress itself was very good, bottom sheet wasn't even fitted. All the towels and linens were well past their prime. Pillows needed to be thrown out. There were repairs to the walls that hadn't been painted. The bathroom had a new toilet but it wasn't properly secured to the floor. The tub had new fixtures as well but the spigot came loose from the caulking.
I was solo so it didn't matter too much to me as I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I would never bring my family
At least it was quiet.
The hotel manager was very inappropriate, asking me why I don’t have a boyfriend, telling me I look good and sexy every time I came past the lobby while giving me dirty looks and making me uncomfortable. There were two microwaves and they both had old molded food inside that smelled terrible. There were a lot of dead roaches in the corner of the floor. The refrigerator was empty but was dirty and had a odor. The bed was uncomfortable and had many cigarettes burns in the sheets and comforter. Some of the towels appeared to be dirty. I could go on for days. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had.
The place was disgusting! Black mold growing on the wall and ceiling, looked as if the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed or washed. The bathroom hadnt been cleaned since who knows when. There was still used soap in the shower. Drug addicts running around outside, very uncomfortable place.
Room in the non smoking was very nice and clean. Updated fixtures in the bathroom. Large flat screen tv. Large king sizes bed, very comfortable. Quite and peacful stay. Great improvements compared to stays in the years past. New owner and management are doing a great job.
First off this is the most unsanitary motel I've ever stayed in I killed multiple cockroaches that were big enough to move most of the furniture in the motel the cleaning service is ridiculous they don't sweep mop or vacuum the floors they didn't change dirty towels out they refunded my dirty towels and put them back on the shelf there was no hot water the first night they couldn't even afford to put trash bags in the trash can they were putting shopping bags inside the trash can as a trash bag the walls are disgusting terrible place to stay the night I would not recommend it to anybody
