Horrible stay I am disputing the charge!!

We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible..

Queríamos um local para passar a noite e seguir ao nosso destino. Fiquei um pouco frustada porque entendi que teria uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas era um sofá cama de solteiro.

Decepcionante para a rede Ibis.

Quarto desconfortável, sem frigobar, secador , sem serviço de quarto, cofre, o primeiro AP não tinha nenhuma mesinha de apoio, a torneira do anterior não saia água na pia WC, sem interfone para comunicação com recepção. Levamos insulina pra nossa cachorrinha e ainda bem, que dona Patrícia da limpeza pediu ajuda às meninas da cozinha q prontamente guardou pra nós.

Razoável

O Hotel precisa de um pouco mais de cuidados. O café da manhã é bom com opções de frutas. Em sua estrutura no primeiro quarto que fomos colocados estava com infiltração deixando assim um cheiro de mofo muito forte. Após avisarmos o hotel fomos trocados de quarto que não tinha esse problema, na segunda noite quando fomos dormir identificamos um problema no ar condicionado que não se mantinha ligado.

Atendimento ruim

Avaliei de mediana, pois havíamos feito o cheik in antecipado e mesmo assim ficamos quase duas horas pra fazer um novo cadastro na recepção. Não havia quartos disponíveis para todos, pois assim como eu não haviam diversas pessoas aguardando e com a reposta de os quartos ainda iriam ser limpos, e outros ainda iriam sair as pessoas. Um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente que pagou e pagou caro por uma única estadia.

Uma surpresa não boa.

Preço de diária com referência ao mercado, porém você não tem um frigobar no quarto, chuveiro com água fria, Ar condicionado com defeito e pingando água no meio do quarto, estacionamento de madrugada estava com todas as saídas e entradas abertas o que me causou grande preocupação ao entrar e ser abordado. Alguns quartos no mesmo andar com mesinhas outros não. Dito isso é primordial um frigobar no Apto ou seja para bebidas ou até mesmo acondicionar medicamentos pessoais. Repito, o valor da diária praticado é o mesmo do mercado. Infelizmente não me agradou .

Quarto extremamente pequeno, claustrofóbico, sem suporte para colocar cabides, apenas com uma cama encostada na parede. Pessimo! Saímos antes do horário devido a sensação horrível dentro do “quarto”.

Quarto Pequeno e sem frigobar

Muito pequeno o quarto, e nem frigobar tem. Para passar rápido por lá vale a pena, porém é extremamente apertado para mais d euma pessoa. Café da manhã foi ótimo!

O custo benefício da diária a princípio me atraiu , porém no primeiro dia de estadia , encontrei o banheiro sujo, toalhas sujas. Não me atai mais .

Conheço o padrão Ibis Budget de outras viagens. Mas infelizmente nesta estadia não tivemos boas experiências. Reservei 4 quartos para família. Todos estavam limpos, mas 3 deles apresentaram algum problema de estrutura - ou chuveiro não esquentava ou ar condicionado não funcionava. Além disso, no café da manhã faltaram diversos itens básicos, incluindo xícaras e alimentos. Acredito que o hotel teve uma lotação acima do esperado por ser um feriadão, e a equipe que estava disponível não foi suficiente pra atender a todos.
