Recomendable

El hotel es muy lindo en general, las habitaciones varían mucho entre sí. Fuimos en invierno y está excelente la temperatura de la cabaña. La cocina es básica, no permite cocinar y la vajilla disponible es limitada (no hay copas, sacacorchos, etc.). El restaurant del hotel no es bueno y no hay room service, en el caso de pedir hay que retirarlo uno mismo y dependiendo la distancia puede ser engorroso.

Recomendable y tranquilo

Muy lindo lugar, cabañas bungaló cómodas baño amplio. Buen servicio en desayuno y muy completo. La atencion en salin comedor el personal fue muy atento. En recepcion tuve dificultad para obtener mi factura de pago. A pesar de haberlo solicitado en dos ocasiones no me brindaron la botella de vino que me darian por ser cliente de Hoteles.com Silver.

Buena ubicacion, hermoso lugar. Mala atencion en recepcion, poco esmerada y no ayudo en nada. Ademas tampoco se acerco a ayudar cuando quisimos usar las bicicletas (que estan todas oxidadas y desinfladas). Desayuno deslucido, artefactos rotos en el banio, piso poco comodo en el spa.
