Vacations Close To Pimatina Park

The hotel was clean but a bit old. The towels and sheets looked really old.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. I especially appreciated that they were able to hold our luggage after check-out, which allowed us to continue exploring and enjoy the rest of our day without having to worry about our bags. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location however the amenities leave something to be desired. The Free WiFi was essentially non-existent. The WiFi in the old stone building was so weak it would rarely show up on our devices so we were forced to use our data to retrieve emails and conduct business during out stay. The Roku TV relies on the WiFi as well, and we found it frustrating to try to watch a 30 minute program that was interrupted more than 20 times by streaming failures. The hotel needs to update their IT infrastructure with a mesh system that distributes connectivity evenly. Complaints were acknowledged by the staff but not addressed. The lack of housekeeping over the course of a 4 night stay was a bit much, and the amenities (coffee?) were insufficient for the length of stay.

Would definitely stay again!

This is an old hotel. The breakfast area is not insufficient for the number of guests. I found my room depressing. The decor was dark. It was clean, but the window were very dirty, and several items broke- although they are fixed promptly. Location is a little far from the center of town.

Grrat Staff. Akram at the front is very helpful and a gentleman.
