The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged.

É um resort localizado em uma área rural, muito bonita. Com um spa com boas opções. O quarto, porém, estasva com ar condicionado que não funciona e no banheiro um vazamento que deixou o chão molhado toda vez que abria a torneira da pia ou dava descarga. Equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e um bom café da manhã.

Me gustó la atención de todo el personal, que siempre tuvo una excelente actitud para solucionar cualquier problema o pedido. Lo que no me gustó se refiere a Expedia específicamente, porque no aclara de manera clara y con un cartel bien grande que al momento de pagar, no se está abonando el IVA y que eso deberá pagarse al llegar. Eso desarmó nuestro presupuesto para la estadía.

Decepción en estadía

Fuimos en contexto de pandemia y todos los dispenser de alcohol estaban vacíos. No había protocolos para la pileta. Ni distanciamiento en el restaurant en ambas comidas. Siendo que fuimos por la historia del lugar, un lugar de relax , en conjunto con la naturaleza, termino siendo una colonia de vacaciones para niños. Música alta en el campo durante las 10 am a 18 hs continua sin parar. Sin poder tener momento de tranquilidad. La descripción indicaba que era para descansar. El valor de 30.000 pesos por noche que se abonó no estaba reflejado ni en la calidad de la comida ni en lo que es el supuesto relax que se debía tener. Lamento tener este mal recuerdo en las 2 noches que nos alojamos. Destaco la amabilidad del personal y su buena predisposición.

El lugar es muy lindo, hermosas vistas, muy lindo el espacio exterior. El lobby y el restarurante son correctos, el desayuno es bueno. La habitación estaba bastante sucia, el inodoro no había sido limpiado, avisamos y fueron a limpiar. Al regresar a la habitación, vimos que seguía sucio, tuvimos que volver a avisar.
