The room already shows the 25 years of the hotel. It will welcome a more modern refresh like wireless alarm clock charger. The grouns were well kept and the personnel very attentive.

Cinco estrellas sin veriedad de comidas

Tuve problemas en el chek in. Fui a 15 hs y me dijeron que el domingo es a las 18 hs. Al fin insistimos y nos dieron la habitacion a las 15 30 hs. No hay variedad de comidas si bien dicen que hay tres restaurants los domingos lunes martes y miercoles solo funciona el lobby.

La experiencias fue muy buena y la atención también. El único punto es que había que conectarse al wifi todos los días, cuando podía haber estado abierta toda la estadía o, también, abierta en general, ya que no había nada alrdedor que se pudiese aprovechar de eso. Además, el wifi era bastante lento.

Nos desilusionamos

En un hotel de esta categoría no puede suceder que la puerta del baño no cierre y que el frigobar no funcione. La grifería antigua, el piso del baño roto. Para ir del Spa a la habitación hay que ir envuelto en una toalla, no hay un ascensor de servicio? Subimos en malla mojada con gente vestida para un casamiento. Frente a tantos reclamos al salir, dialogamos con la gerencia para que otro no pasen por nuestra experiencia, en cualquier otro hotel del mundo, solo por sacarnos una sonrisa hubiesen tratado de reparar todos estos inconvenientes, nos vamos con una frase vacía: “ la próxima vez …”

This property is in dire need of maintenance. Walls have water stains. Carpets are cracked and faded. The AC unit in our bedroom leaked so much water that the walls were dripping and they couldn't stop it. Service was slow and we had to call several times before they responded. It is a beautiful property (particularly the outside), but it needs better maintenance.

El hotel está muy viejo, la habitación tenía acolchados desgastados, el colchón no era cómodo, el tv pequeño y muy viejo, El baño me pareció clásico y es lo Unico que puedo destacar de la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no enfriaba lo suficiente y estaba en máxima potencia, el resto de instalaciones del hotel están bien, el que esté al aire libre lo hace agradable

Rooms need to be renewed. Corridors were lacking air conditioning in upper floors.. Bufete was very good. Pool, sauna, gym are great. Personnel were very attentive.
