Pool is great for families with small kids there is a 1 foot section and a bigger pool that goes too 6 feet breakfast next door also offers buffet for a small fee. Was there 4 days highly recommended shuttle right there brings you to Dollywood and the island a lot of shops right there and all the dolly plays across street. Washer and dryers on site and ramps and elevator.

There were no amenities. One of our rooms was clean the other was not, pee in the toilet. The size of our room was fine but the outside was in need of a major face-lift. The elevator door closed before you were all the way in. There was only one elevator at the end so if your room was on the opposite end you had to walk. There was carpet in the outside walkways that was disgusting. They need a bar in the shower or non slip pads. I could go on.
