This hotel was AMAZING! The pool area was so warm; like bath water. The shower was really nice too; plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. we used it to make salads each night so not sure about the stove, etc. It was close to everything in PF, Gatlinburg, & Sevierville. We will gladly stay here again!

Clean room, amazing knowledgeable staff. Nice heated pool. Even when crowded we still have an amazing experience as there is plenty of room.
