The pool is perfect for the kiddos and the splash pad was a bonus. There was an incident with the splash pad on our second night but the staff worked hard and quick to get it back up and running for the kids to enjoy. Location is in a great spot. Did not use pool but hot tub/pool area was amazing! Biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen! Our Room was spacious and updated! Front desk and food/drink staff were very friendly and helpful! The property was clean and staff was nice. Great location; just off the parkway, close proximity to everything. The property design is a bit of a nightmare, lacking any kind of flow. Check-in was long, the loading/unloading and access to the parking garage are too close and created a complete lockdown of traffic. The room was clean and nice once we were able to get in there.
