I really enjoyed my stay here. I thought it was great that they included breakfast and happy hour food everyday. The staff was very friendly and I can honestly say I would look forward to staying here again. Each year I visit Pigeon Forge i stay at a different hotel but I think this is the go to hotel for my family from now on.

We booked a stay Monday through Friday and then made a change to add Friday mid week. They made the process easy and no room change. The people at the front desk were very helpful, one helped my husband set up his PS5 and they gave good suggestions for places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel and location is great too.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast and kick back was a nice touch. My only complaint was the elevators were so slow. It was only two working and a lot of guest were in the hotel. But overall I can’t complain it was nice experience.

This hotel was beautiful! It was by far the best I've stayed at. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was delicious! The free drinks were a wonderful addition. All of the staff were super nice. Property was conveniently located. Love the free Happy Hour snacks and drinks. Quality was excellent. Definitely a differentiator from the competition that gives you an advantage. Free breakfast was almost much better than most. The quality was better than Holiday Inn and Best Western. Next time we travel in the Drury trade area, we are in.
