Booked room with balcony creek view, I made sure I picked one under select a room that showed the river & when we realized it was not the same room & went to ask the the lady basically said you checked in & it is what it is. She said there's a view of the mountain, across the road the highway traffic parking lot & side of the building some view. No offer to try to help compromise or anything. No apology nothing. Basically shewed me away. And the pool we didn't even attempt, it's actually an oversized hot tub. Maybe 10 person pool max. The breakfast was good. Wish I could say they tried to make it right but they didn't. Not that I matter but we will never choose this place again.
