I travel extensively for work my wife and I stayed here for a week and loved the hotel extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful resort highly recommended at the breakfast buffet was a huge bonus.

We loved the location and the balcony that overlooked the main road and mountains behind. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool on the slides and in the lazy river.

Was here for Dollywood, but we so enjoyed the room and property. Wish we were there longer and while the pools were open. Fun, comfortable. Our room which was just double beds, was outstanding! Everyone working there was over the top nice. My only complaint was that the coffee was very weak.
