We stayed during the Jeep Invasion and everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay again! The cleanliness of the room was top notch, the staff were great! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice.

We enjoyed the clean room,the hot breakfast, the outside pool was good.the inside pool was colder than a ex wife.there was plenty of shops around which my wife always enjoys. This time it was easy getting around because there wasn't much traffic.

The only issue we had was that the air conditioner didn’t keep the room, cool enough. And it was pretty noisy with clicking on and off. Otherwise great breakfast great pool and hot tub and we will come back for sure. Also loved the location.

Hotel is located near the southern end of town on Great Smokey Mountain Parkway. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Two nice pools, one indoor, one outdoor, both with hot tubs. Breakfast selection was good and the breakfast area was well appointed and clean. Room was clean and quiet.

The Room was clean, the Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable. I don't remember the guys name but he was very helpful when we asked about different activities available in the area. There were so many people there and there was a lady standing outside to great us and let us know we could park right in front of the office to check in and then we could park anywhere we could find a spot. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was a little noisy at night, we thought it might be the boiler room but it wasn't to bad and not enough noise to complain. We enjoyed our stay.
