I really loved this place! We used it as a jumping off point to do the Alta Via 4 route and had some questions about renting climbing gear...staff was SO helpful and welcoming to us. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

Nice view from hotel room. The reception desk is difficult to find. It’s on the side of the building half way up the hill. Only a few parking spots and it’s a tight lot. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is advertised as a 4 star and the hotel sign shows this too. There’s parking at the hotel which is great to see and the two reception staff were polite. We noted the good reviews and it may just be that we had a poor experience. Our room was unclean with the carpet appearing not to have been vacuumed for a while. The toilet seat was chipped, the curtains did not meet to darken the room at night, the bathroom radiator had stained the floor with leaks and the hand soap dispenser was no longer fixed to the wall. The room fridge appeared to be unclean with mouldy crumbs from previous guests. We asked for this to cleaned but it didn’t appear to happen. The room walls were badly scuffed and the room air conditioning appeared to only work in the bathroom and not the room itself. Such was the poor cleanliness, we decided not to try breakfast. It’s such a shame since the guests and town deserve better. We don’t know if all rooms were like ours, but the room we were given wouldn’t even score one star.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Motorradfahrer (4 Personen) und hatten zwei Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Unterkunft ist sehr heruntergekommen und wird nicht gut gepflegt oder gewartet. Bei einem Zimmer war das Bad nich gereinigt und es waren Haare im Badezimmer (Dusche/Badewanne) von den Gästen davor. Der Receptionist hat sich das angesehen, die Haare mit seiner Hand von den Fliesen gewischt und sich entschuldigt. Das war’s. Beim zweiten Zimmer war der Teppichboden komplett nass, war aber dem Hotel bereits bewusst, da sie einen elektrischen Heizkörper zum trocknen aufgestellt und es roch bereits streng im Zimmer. Nach einen Hinweis und Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde mir ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen und auch hier wurde dies abgetan und der Rezeptionist war auch hier wieder sehr überrascht. Frühstück war okay. Alles in allem NICHT zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung Katastrophe

Locatie was zoals door anderen gemeld erg lastig te vinden. Het is hierdoor geen milieubewust hotel want we hebben een kwartier lang de stad vervuild met de uitlaatgassen. Voorzieningen op de kamer waren over het algemeen teleurstellend gezien de staat, leek wat te zijn blijven hangen in de 80s.
