“Hygiëne en schoonmaak uitstekend. De mevrouw aan het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De heren hadden niet veel te vertellen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd, alleen moet men zeer vroeg gaan ontbijten, wil men uit het hele assortiment kunnen kiezen. Rond het hotel is het vies maar dat ligt niet aan Ibis. Veeleer aan de eetgelegenheden die bij het complex horen. ”

“The service was so bad that I was there for 2 nights and never saw anyone in reception. There were works outside in the street and instead of giving me a room on the back of the building (clearly there was availability) I was give a room at ground level, literally 1 metre away from the streetworks. Suffice to say I was woken up at 6:30am and had to leave the room immediately because the noise was unberable. To add insult to injury they charged m2 30 euros for late checkout which I did not want...

“Normalmente duermo en Leuven, por trabajo. La semana pasada estaba todo ocupado, ni una plaza o simplemente impagables, por la Seafood. No me quedó más remedio que abrir el radio, y fui a parar a Tienen. El Hotel Alpha fue la mejor opción que encontré. Aunque te obliga a alquilar coche, creo que repetiré. El hotel es céntrico, tiene restaurante agradable, y parking interior gratuito. La habitación es cómoda y amplia. El baño también. Por poner un pero, la almohada demasiado baja y...
