Wonderful spot just outside Pienza. Great food and coffee, great pool and awesome views across to Pienza but best of all all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a very well run place and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks for a lovely, relaxed and friendly stay. BTW objects in the images are larger than they appear!

Beautiful area and accommodations. Had difficult time with abruptness of lead staff woman as she seemed always in a hurry and slightly irritated. Perhaps just a very busy day. Also noise from roadway was unfortunate. All in all a lovely stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful no question about that it is around 5 km from the closest town. The only down side was the food. The menu offered limited options and after you arrived you don't want to drive anywhere. The food was not that tasteful and the portions extremely small.

We had the most incredible stay at Tenuta Santo Pietro in Toscana! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Bertina, the manager, is truly the heartbeat of this place. She’s funny, full of energy, literally skipping around even after a long day, and never forgets a thing. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she made us feel like old friends — chatting and laughing with her was one of the best parts of our trip. The rest of the staff is amazing too. Teresa and Micaela were always there, warm and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well-fed. The estate itself is stunning, decorated in rustic Tuscan style, with a garden supplying fresh veggies for incredible homemade dishes — the pasta and ribollita soup were unforgettable. Their olive oil and wine, both produced on-site, are absolute highlights: the olive oil is the best we’ve ever had, and the wine is smooth, high-quality, and headache-free. Our room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the shower had the strongest water pressure we’ve ever experienced. We rented e-bikes and explored Strada Querciassale — the views were breathtaking. The pool was perfect to cool off, and the entire property is impeccably maintained. Tenuta Santo Pietro is a rare gem where you feel pampered yet completely at home. Bertina and her team made our stay unforgettable — we’ll definitely be back!

This was our favorite place to stay during our 3 week tour of Florence, Tuscany, and Umbria! Bertina was so helpful with suggestions of towns for us to visit (we had a car) The room was clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. It’s a perfect place to stay to take day trips to various Tuscan towns. Breakfast was great and they have a full bar. We will be back!!!!

Tout est top sauf la chambre inconfortable

L’établissement est superbe avec piscine, salons, jeux, bien localisé à proximité de Pienza et Montepulciano. Le personnel est adorable et de bon conseil pour les visites aux alentours. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont de très bonne qualité avec des produits frais et locaux. La principale déception était la chambre très exiguë avec lit sous les toits en mezzanine et salle de bain et toilettes au rez de chaussée (si besoin d’aller aux toilettes la nuit, nécessité d’emprunter les escaliers dans l’obscurité ou d’allumer et de réveiller le conjoint). Le lit était confortable mais pas très large. La climatisation permet d’obtenir la température souhaitée grâce au thermostat mais entre le moment où elle s’éteint et le moment où elle se rallume la chaleur étouffante est vite revenue sous les toits, ce qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises. Au rez-de-chaussée, l’espace permet tout juste d’ouvrir les valises. En résumé, l’établissement, les services associés et le personnel sont parfaits mais la chambre en mezzanine très exiguë qui nous a été donnée (sans en avoir été informés lors de la réservation) ne nous paraît pas du tout en adéquation avec le prix facturé (environ 200€).

Bra ställe att utgå från vid resa i Toscana

Vi spenderade två dagar här. Väldigt braställe med trevlig personal. Servicen är god och personalen är hjälpsam med alla frågor. Det finns en pool på området och där går att beställa dricka. Det är stora rum och sköna sängar. Frukosten är bra. Det är inget över genomsnittet men har det man behöver. De har ett bra utbud av mat med hög kvalitet på kvällen i restaurangen och Tiramisun är underbart god. Städningen är toppen och det är mycket enkelt att parkera. Läget är bra med alla sevärdheter inom räckhåll med bil eller cykel.

Lovely, comfortable farmhouse style. Beautiful views and several offerings like cooking classes. Staff welcoming and helpful. Farm to table meals were excellent with many local options to choose from. Manager, Bertina, is a gift, making sure all guests were happy and carrying out her duties with care and great energy and coordination. Bravo!
