The room was spacious and clean, the views as soon as you exit your room are unbeatable! Beautiful view of the rolling hills! The hosts were so helpful in restaurant / travel recommendations and even made a wine tasting booking for us Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Did you ever want to say that you stayed in one of the Pope's guest houses? The Agriturismo Poggio Tobruk may be a place for you, and that is only a starter. The Poggio is a working farm (wheat, clover, olives) and it is managed by Marco, a Sardinaian, and his brother. Marco works the villa as well as running the farm with his brother. One of our group worked a wheat farm in Colorado, so a lot of time was spent looking at equipment and discussing crops. We picniked in the olive grove and basked on the lawn, both with marvelous views of the countryside and Pienza on its own hill just a few kilometers away. We bought products from the farm, and of course the friendly Marco gave us more products to take along. Poggio Tobruk is a great place to visit, and not just because the Pope once hosted guests there!

Simply the best!

This place has the best location with stunning surroundings. They have been accommodating guests for over 15 years, yet the place has maintained its charm and everything is sparkly clean and the sleep is very restful. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

The property is an amazing place, from the grounds to the inside of each room. The insides were wonderful and spacious, with a full kitchen. You had the option of having breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hidden gym located outside the Pienza area.

Great service. Centrally located. Federico, one of the owners was so helpful. We arrived early to leave the luggage before sightseeing. Since the rooms were available he let us check in. One night we needed help with restaurant reservations since they didnt speak English. The restaurant was still closed so he told us he would call the restaurant at lunchtime to make the dinner reservations. He made them and then texted me to give me confirmation. Saw him helping other customers with wine tasting reservations as well. One of our friends left a game console after checking out. I texted him, he went to doubleckeck and after searching he found it. Needless to say he went way above expectations! On top of all this it seems like the friendliness of the stay was contagious since all the guests were very friendly with one another. Highly recommendvstay here.

이탈리아 여행 24박중 3박 숙소였으며, 1층 바로 앞 마당에서 매일 일출과 일몰을 좌우에서 느낄수 있으며, 매일 새소리 그리고 아름다운 토스카나의 전경을 느낄수 있습니다. 숙소를 중심으로 시계방향으로 접근성 아주 좋습니다. 글레디에이터 (새벽 걸어서 40분 산책하기 좋고) > 피엔챠 (티본 스테이크 꼭 드시고) > 몬테플치아노 ( 새벽 드라이브 언덕위 주차 포토명품) > 산 쿠이리코(청녹적흑 축제 그리고 티본스테이크) > 몬탈치노(와인너리)

봄이나 여름에 오면 엄청 경치가 이쁠꺼같아요. 주인장님 친절하고 시설 관리 잘하셔서 깨끗합니다! 9월에는 주변 경치가 밭을 다 갈아서 푸르지 않는거 빼고는 만족한 숙박입니다.

Highly recommended stay!

Incredible stay! We wish we could've stayed for more than just one night. The location is amazing - right in the heart of Val d'Orcia, and the views from the hilltop are fantastic. The owners are super friendly and even let us borrow bikes for free to explore the area. They produce their own olive oil as well!

Wonderful agriturismo and a perfect host

Gorgeous setting one hill where you can see all surrounding villages. Our host was a real gentleman and we really enjoyed chatting with him and learning about the rural Tuscan lifestyle. We even bought some olive oil from the farm itself which was a delicious momento. We wish we could have stayed longer. If you are considering it then book atleast 2 nights.

this is the most comfortable and beautiful farmhouse. the sunset view is stunning, one of the most beautiful sunset we had seen! the house is warm and cosy. we would rate a perfect 10 score! thanks for the hospitality and we would be back.

저흰 아시시에서 해질무렵 해당숙소까지 찾아갔는데 이렇게 가는건 비추입니다 [너무멀게 느껴졌어요] 밤길운전 정말 비추,, 산 능선같은 좁은도로 몇개 지나는 줄 알았네요.. 피엔차에선 30분정도 걸립니다. 뷰-쵝오 [우린 10월초에 가서 푸르름이 상대적으로 적었고, 5-6월에 오면 정말 입이 벌어질정도일것 같다는 생각이 드네요. 그래도 숙소에서 드넓게 펼쳐진 뷰를 보면 감탄사 연발] 조식도 만족하구요 지은지 얼마안된건지 엄청 깨끗해요 이곳에서 발도르차[막시무스의집]까지 30분정도 소요됩니다 저녁식사는 근처 반뇨비뇨니에서 하심되세요. [차로 15분정도] 참고로 형제끼리 운영하시는데요, 조금 형식적으로 대하는듯하지만 불편한거 없구요, 과한친절보다는 부담스럽지 않아 괜찮아요.
