Loved this resort

This resort was amazing - accommodated family of four comfortably in a clean, spacious suite. Would definitely recommend. Highly recommend the bakery, PanGiò, the gelateria green garden and Montecassino abbey.

Another amazing stay at Kairos. The staff is very professional & friendly. The resort is clean and easily accessible for travel to & from neighboring towns. Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay!

Nothing special about this place. Very difficult to find. We arrived late at night. We checked in at 12:30-1am and checked out at 11am (10yrs stay). We kindly asked for an extra hr or two for checking out just because, and without even checking the availability of the rooms they asked for an extra charge. The gent at night who made the check in said to us that we can easily stay and have lunch on location because we arrived so late. Out of 20hrs/day stay-we stayed 10hrs and they asked for extra charge for an hr or two. We said no Thank you. No access to WiFi. No proper sign for late hrs and reception entrance. Avoid this place. Breakfast could use some veggies. Though, the lady at breakfast was nice.

The rooms were great! Shower was a bit awkward with the rainfall in the middle and no space to move away from the water and a slippery flooring. Disappointed with how we spend so much money for little amenities for 21hrs booking. We couldn’t use the pool before checkout, which I think is wrong. You pay for only half a day! It good enough! Most hotels (I’ve been to a lot) offer up until checkout.

Kairos Resort is a gem inside of Cassino. Large property, free parking & a pool (when it's on season). The Suites (on the roof) require more windows & daylight & need circulation of air...but save for this, great experience & incredible staff!
