Brilliant place for the money it cost it's a bargain we stayed in a lodge with a hot tub number1 lodge very clean roomy had everything we need I'd go back for another stay great location

Rocklands lodge gets an A*

The lodge was amazing, had everything you could ever need. Hot tub clean full and great temperature all the time with perfect privacy to relax and enjoy.

Amazingly perfect

Fabulous stay, the room was cosy and so clean and well decorated. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and so we kept. Lovely guide of all the local amenities and walks. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing little site

What an amazing little site, from the helpnon thenphone before arriving to check in, freindly and helpful. Lodge was so nice and spotless, hot tub was clean, provate amd loveley, has a little shop on site and runs on honesty, very nice touch.

It’s a boss little peaceful getaway . Checkout time is a bit early and check in time is a bit late but other than that no complaints . Recommend for couples. Flamingo land not far away for kids. Ideal location .

Third time at Rocklands and it didn’t disappoint. Peaceful setting and although the lodges aren’t anything too flashy, they are brilliant value for money and comfy

Excellent stay

Our stay at Rocklands lodges was very relaxing and the reception was friendly with towelling robes plus matching slippers plus our toweks were waiting on the bed shaped in the form of a swan which was a surprise to both of us but a nice surprise and we were that impressed with everything that we would definatly go back there and are planning to again.

Just got back from our stay at Rocklands Lodges it was fabulous loved every minute we have already booked to go back in November highly recommend this place such a huge chill we loved it and will definitely be booking foe next year also

Better than camping

Lovely little lodges that are deceptively spacious. Well equipped, inside & out, with everything you need for a better-than-camping break. The BBQ & tools were a great touch, and the hot tub added a bit of luxury. The owner was really friendly & welcoming too. It’s a quiet site that’s perfectly placed to visit North Yorkshire. We’d definitely stay again.

Yorkshire short break

Lodge was in good condition with the advantage of a washing machine but no dishwasher as space is at a premium. The grounds are very well maintained with plenty of open space for children to play.

Excellent place, very reasonably priced

Very nice lodge, extremely reasonably priced compared to others with hot tubs. Will definitely return in the summer. Don't be put off by being semi-detached, these are extremely private, very peaceful.

I have stayed here before and this is why I returned for a last minute 1 night stay. We had an unforgettable time, staff are amazing, cannot help you enough, the lodges are unbelievable, hot tubs are so relaxing and have special little touches with fairy lights around. Spacious Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Wonderful Log Cabin with spacious lounge kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Free easy parking, Free Wi-Fi even worked for live streaming a match. Hot Tub a great experience to just step outside your cabin and go in when you want, especially under the stars at night.Location 3 miles from Pickering and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The journey to Whitby was a real throwback in time especially stopping at Goatland station which was used for filming in Heartbeat as Aidensfield Garage. On our day in Whitby we visited Captain Cooks Museum and Whitby Abbey. Need to be fit to climb the 199 steps. We then did circular bus tour which if i had realized would have avoided the steps. Had a fabulous fish and chips meal in Hadleys. When we got back to Wrelton we had another fabulous meal at the Buck Inn with the chef being none other than Scott Endersby the youngest player to play in the FA Cup. Ezra Watson the owner of Rocklands could not have been more helpful to our stay
