Tv didn’t work, no WiFi, air conditioner very noisy with constant rattling noises, electrical outlet for coffee pot didn’t work. Room hadn’t been cleaned very well, over all condition of the room is poor. This place needs to be refurbished, I will not stay here again on my next trip to Picayune Ms

It was okay

The linens were clean but the bathroom tub was not. The tub had what looked like dog hair in it. The door frame looked as if it had “been repaired” but very hastily and not well done.

Mad as hell will never stay there again

The motel was relatively clean. There were approximately 50 or so mexicans staying there and had mariachi party till 2: 30 am. Told the manager the next mornong he claims he didn't hear them thats's BS the whole city of Picayune, Ms heard them

Shower had dirt or mud on wall when I went in. Floor had hole in front of door. The chair in the room should have been discarded a long time ago. The room smelled funny. Very dissatisfied.

Last minute reservation

We just need a last minute place to stay. We got room 216, It wasn't anything fancy but it worked! Beds were kinda hard but they were clean. Bathrooms (tub) could use some work (cleaning and to be updated). Overall it was ok, a little pricey for the quantity and a Sunday night, but we've been in worse hotels. Like i said though, it was last minute, it was clean, and saw no bugs thank God!

The AC/heating had a loud whine. They tried to fix but wasn’t successful. After 12 hours of driving, I tried sleeping with a pillow over my head. Got up at 6 AM to find there was no hot water for a shower. I won’t be stopping here again.

Place was old and run down. In the bathroom the shower drained really slow and only 1 of the 3 switches worked. In the vanity sink area the electrical plug was not screwed into the electrical box and did not have a cover plate. The floor in the bed area has some soft spots in different places. The outside was old and run down. The one ice maker on the property didn’t work. If I would not have prepaid for these 2 room I would have gone to another property. These owners need to make repairs as needed and hotels.com should give people like myself a refund so that we could go to a different property.

Horrible stay. The icing on the cake as well was the front desk not answering the phone at all at any time of the day. Even when you walked to the lobby, the man behind the desk wore an earpiece having a conversation with whomever was on the other line as well as yourself. The entire interaction was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, to say the least. On the day of check out, the power had went out for a few hours, and the massive heat wave seeping in from outside woke us up. Sheets and blankets (not pictured) had hair all over. The picture of the floor shows a massive indentation. The floor underneath is either rotted or very damaged because of how soft and deep it was when stepped on. At the top of the stairs (our room was on the top floor), there was a huge amount of dead bugs scattered all over the ground. The room in general was also so dirty and disgusting in general. Do yourselves a favor and stay anywhere, but here!! It’s honestly better to sleep in your vehicle!!

The property was dated but clean and was a good value for the cost, overall. However, neighbors on both sides of us had a party in the parking lot with LOUD music and laughter until 11 pm 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. The bed was clean but most uncomfortable. We probably will choose another hotel for our next stay.

The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were too firm and it was hard to sleep properly without having any back or neck pain in the morning. Other than that, parking and where the motel is located is very convenient.

Rundown and dirty.

The manager was super nice and checked us in, but you could tell he doesn't have enough staff or maintenance to keep the property clean and in good repair. We got our room late and one of the beds was dirty so I just went downstairs and got fresh linens and made my own bed because I was too tired to keep switching rooms. The whole place needs a really good cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance. Two cheap cereals for breakfast and coffee. It was better than sleeping outside but not by much.

Ni Frills, Great value

This is an older property, the owners have done a good job updating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick. Flooring has been replaced with vinyl. Room included a coffee pot, single serve, refrigerator and microwave. Very satisfied with our stay, especially with the price.
