This place has amazing views and very clean and staff was helpful and nice. However not in walking distance of anything and requires motorbike or taxi to get around. Very nice pool and dining with dining pricey.

We loved Zenmaya Oceanfront Zeascape. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mike the resort manager had excellent communication, and wanted to ensure we were happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights, this is the place to go, we had a room with a shared pool and couldn’t be happier. A little out of the way, so not really walkable to shops or other restaurants, they have a new Executive Chef on staff so we are excited to see what he does with the menu.

The view was incredible. The staff was helpful. Having an onsite member for tours was also great. Our do not disturb sign did not work, having a manual option as back up could help. Pool and happy hour was a good option.

It is like a hostel and the facility is quite old. Room and toilet was dirty. No hot water from 7pm till next day morning because the hot water machine was not working. And the staff was not care of it. They told you to shower when there is hot water but they actually didn’t know when the machine back on service. No refund or compensation at all.

It’s unfortunate we have to leave this review but we would like others to be aware and not experience what we did as Phuket is know for its beautiful beaches. We fell into the worst experience stay here. We had a feeling something wasnt right from the moment we got there, we kept attempting to not focus or think much about it and enjoy the beautiful ocean view it gives. The restroom toilet, tub and small shower are in one room not giving a good air flow or a vent becoming very stuffy and unpleasant drain smell. Our pool was shared with two other guest next to us. There was other guest above us and then rooftop where it could be a bit rowdy and loud not recommended as many were throwing cigarette buds and spitting down into the pool we aren’t sure if they realized or considered of other guest underneath them. As we were going to bed we kept having a strong odor of urine in the room making it unable to rest well. We then decided to undo the whole bed and see what was going on that is when we felt absolutely disgusted and upset the bed sheet had urine stain and strong Oder the mattress was stain and we headed over to the lobby and kindly tried to explain the unfortunate experience as they did not seem to accommodate us or refund us for the inconveniences we coming across, we decided to check out the next day book elsewhere.

Leider ist das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Wer das Pech hat ein Zimmer zur Straße zu buchen hat den Verkehrslärm. Wir wollten auf Meersicht wechseln. Das hätte uns 55€ pro Tag extra gekostet. Das Zimmer war mit ca. 150€ eh schon viel zu teuer. Kein eigener Strandzugang und eigentlich superblöde Lage. Einzig die Damen beim Frühstück waren super nett und ein Lichtblick.

Zenmaya er et dejligt hotel med skøn beliggenhed (tæt på Pathong og alligevel et stykke fra) og personale. Morgenmaden er lækker og omfattende.

Quiet area with attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere. Mai Tais are worth a try or two! Shuttle service to shopping center is good value, though a pickup for us was missed. Unfortunately we didnt get to use the spa as there was still some debris in the system which they did send an engineer to fix; however this should have been seen to prior to our stay.

Staff were awesome. Food was good. Cleaning staff stole my Oakley sunglasses, so that really was aweful. Shower grout mouldy, pool jets didnt work, fridge was not cold so warm drinks. Go to this resort with 3 star expectations.
