the breakfast buffet was amazing, an abundant variety of food that was fresh and delicious. Multiple juices and coffees were available and staff would come around several times to ask if we would like more. The view from the restaurant was stunning.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. The restaurants were fantastic, the free breakfast was 12/10. The room and terrace couldn't have been better. We loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Phuket.

Excellent location with beautiful sea/beach views. Nice, clean spacious rooms with comfy bed and great bedding. Many thanks to Jenny & team ( housekeeping). Great breakfast at Cosmo restaurant with fantastic egg station and you could order fresh mango and good coffee at the table. All staff were friendly & professional .. many thanks : ) The RockSalt Restaurant over looking the beach was overpriced with no atmosphere. The wine was nearly double the price!? So much more could be done with this space.

The rooms are a little dated & could use a refresh. Rooms are very spacious with a huge balcony & great views! Breakfast options are excellent. Staff is very courteous. Overall I would rate it a 8 out of 10.

The Nai Harn is the perfect example of a beach resort! All the staff is super kind and efficient. Great food at both Rock Salt and Cosmos (particularly breakfast!) the rooms are large and immaculately clean. The pool and the spa are great! Watching the sunset and the full moon rising at Reflections is a special experience. But the location!!!...the beach is stunning! The views from everywhere on the property are amazing! This really is the perfect beach resort!

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Nai Harn Hotel. The facilities, food quality, common areas all excellent. Our Grand Ocean View Room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the beach and over to the Promthep Cape. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely big comfortable bed. The balcony with relaxing bed was an additional comfort to enjoy the warm breeze. Breakfast selections were very good. The egg / noodle station were stand out! We ate twice at the Rock Salt restaurant - delicious, well presented meals. The Thai Green Curry with fresh fish was exceptional. Happy to recommend this hotel and would return again.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was flavorful accommodating very tasty! The views were outstanding! I would definitely travel there again. The only thing that I would have liked to be done different is from floors six through nine there’s no elevators so there was a lot of steps to get to our floor but I will say on a positive note that did allow me to get my steps in for the day. Such a joyous and wonderful experience I would definitely go there again!
