What can I say about this mesmerizing beautiful boutique style hotel. If you want to stay in downtown Phuket this is the best option with amazing street access. Staff is very helpful and friendly and makes you feel home.

Besides being an old place most of the key parts have been upgraded so it’s all nice and clean adding that cool colonial vibe. The staff were so friendly and courteous we were completely satisfied. We’re definitely booking here agin in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. We absolutely loved the beautiful antique interior, which gave the hotel so much charm and character. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits and bread available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Phuket.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly. Also very walkable to a lot of things in old Phuket. The area can be a bit louder at night if you’re trying to sleep but it didn’t dampen our experience here
