Stayed here numerous times, great location with nice little rooftop pool area, lift could be faster tho haha The best thing about this place tho is the awesome staff who have twice now gone out of their way to help me when I have fallen ill and have always looked out for me in the days following.

Lovely stay at Crystal Beach Hotel

Another great stay at Crystal Beach. All the staff are so friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to housekeeping staff who service the rooms. Lovely little pool on the rooftop which is great too. Definitely look forward to my next visit.

Hotel is listed with washer and dryer in room. There was not, and when asked was told there’s a laundry service but no washer dryer on the premises. There’s not even a washer and dryer on the premises at all but was listed as having one in the room. Very inconvenient to find out after a long flight and I would have stayed somewhere else had I known. Location to Patong beach is great.

The Staff were Excellent, They were very accommodating, and literally fun to work with. Pui helped us immensely, with our Tourism needs, even providing us with any available discounts with the Bangla Boxing events and the Boat Ride to the Phi Phi islands. She was so entertaining to converse with and so fun! These accommodations helped our Phuket Thailand experience be such a memorable one. We shall return !

Front desk was awesome. Super polite and helpful. Great location and cost. Cleaners didn't clean my room once or provide new towels,etc. during my entire stay. Would still consider staying again but will communicate better about that with the front desk on a longer stay if it happens again.

This hotel is super clean…the area is centrally located in Patong Beach….rates ere amazingly good given the excellent condition and service of this hotel….Super friendly staff bent frontwards and backwards to make my stay truly comfortable…housekeeping staff by the name of shy is truly a gem of this place….it was my first time but it won’t be my last staying at this place….

Nice pool hotel even if I never used. Beach is very close walking like 3min. Close to everything. There was some construction infront the hotel so it was noisy early in the morning. But at night not noise at all. Nice staff, guess friendly for solo travellers ;) nice place to stay.

I stayed at the Crystal Beach Hotel January 26 - February 2, 2025 with three friends. We each reserved rooms 4 months in advance. Upon arriving our check in went really smooth and we got to our rooms quickly. There is an elevator available at this hotel. The rooms were good size. The bed was comfortable. The room had a safe and a mini refrigerator. The location was great Just a couple hundred yards from the beach and far enough away from Bangala Road so you could not hear the nightly music. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right near the hotel. . What made our stay extra special was the Crystal Beach Hotel staff. AMAZING So friendly, helpful and kind. Shout out to the receptionist Pui at the front desk. She was so helpful with planning our many excursions. She remembered our names and always made sure to keep us smiling and laughing. Also the room cleaning crew. What a great job they did everyday for us. All in all just a complete top notch staff. . If you are looking for a sure thing hotel in Patong, I highly recommend Crystal Beach Hotel. . .

Great staff. The only minor issue we faced was that the bathroom sink plumbing did not have hot water line, thus the quality of my shaving was a bit compromised. I just took hot water from the shower. Given the price point, it was a great deal. The Marriott courtyard where we hung out, is just about a 7 minute walk away with a very talented band playing audience requests.
