Such a great hotel close to the airport and they have free shuttle so super convenient. Wonderful friendly staff helpful tips about the area. Went to the beach easily and close to restaurants. Super happy to get an upgrade the rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again if in Phuket

I stayed at the Bell Airport Hotel in Phuket and overall had a very good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was friendly and always polite. They left bottled water by my room each day, and whenever I put the sign out, housekeeping did a nice job tidying up. The location is a bit mixed. It’s not very close to Patong Beach (which I visited often), but in a way, that distance kept me from going every single day, which worked out fine. The hotel is within walking distance to Nai Yang Beach, which was convenient, and only about a 30-minute walk from the airport—handy when I needed to catch the bus into town. They also provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which I used when I checked out. For someone just needing a short stay, I’d recommend this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-managed. For a longer trip—like a month—I’d probably choose somewhere else closer to the areas I wanted to visit. But overall, a solid option near the airport with good service.

Great!!! Beds are just hard if you have a bad back

The staff was fantastic. They even picked us up at the airport. The food was great and the drinks were cold. The showers were hot and plenty of pressure. The only down side at all was the beds being hard. I cannot say enough good about the staff.

We last minute booked after missing our flight out and needed a quick and cost friendly stay close to the airport. The bell offered this to us, as well as for a small fee we could have airport transfer, which was extremely convenient. Overall room was clean, if we had some time, we definitely would’ve enjoyed the pool. For one night it met all of our needs.

Nice hotel but here are better options

A nice well positioned for the airport hotel. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Check in was slow but friendly however, Lex on reception was amazing she managed Rude, Obnoxious & Abrasive all at the same time, Suggest more customer service training required, Much More. The same can be said for the night manager who isn't to happy to be disturbed when he's sleeping on the lobby sofa, even if it is 7am. I wouldn't stay here purely because of the poor service.

The property and room themselves were wonderful, we were picked up from the airport with no hassle and kindly helped with our bags up to our room. The bed was large and comfortable, even though it was on the firmer side of mattresses. There was one bottle of water each in the fridge which was a nice touch, but there was no where else to fill up water after you had drunk that. The AC unit in our room w a incredibly loud and made clunking noises all night which made it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was basic but nice enough. We did not use the pool ourselves but it looked clean and well looked after

Although it is conveniently close to the airport, and our rooms were clean, we had a hard time breathing in our hotel room due to the mildew. We tried telling them about this issue, but instead, the gentleman that worked at the front desk only opened our balcony door and insinuated that it was probably coming from our suitcase as to why the room smelled the way that it did. There was also a language barrier, which I didn’t mind… but wasn’t expecting to get disrespected in the process. We checked out of the hotel that very night and went elsewhere.

部屋の冷房が壊れており、スタッフさんに相談したところすぐに別の部屋に案内してくれた。 慣れない英語も笑顔で聞き取って話してくれる。 夜、ホテル周辺は非常に暗くてレストランに向かうのは躊躇するが、ホテルでも美味しいタイ料理が安く食べられるためありがたい。 宿泊料もはるかに自国より安く、パフォーマンスも安定していた。 非常におすすめです。

They were very accommodating! This is more of a 48-hour max stay than the extended one I had. The bed and shower weren't deep cleaned and the balcony view opposite the pool was weak. I had to ask for regular cleaning. Overall, it was a solid experience and everyone helped me as best they could. The sliding doors weren't very secure though.

This was a good property which I chose as was handy to the airport. Paid for a room with breakfast and airport transfer however was unable to arrange the airport transfer, either myself or Expedia which seems a bit odd since I booked through them. No mater was a NZ$15 taxi from airport so not much.
