For a nice hotel, they were pretty stingy with the water and other advertised features that were not quite as expected. Transportation to and from the airport for example was not included despite this having been one of the selling features during booking. Beautiful view, good activities at the resort, nice staff. Food options coild be improved.

Room and View georgous, staff ok, as hotel is in middle of nowhere, could have done with some entertainment and perhaps a pool service food and bar. Watch out for things wrong in your room at end of stay, the couple we traveled with got stung for 40gbr for getting tiger blam on a sheet, which i know from experience will come out in the wash, also said shop on site was never open, would not stay here again.

The room was great, and the main pools were gorgeous and would make anyone fall in love with the place, specially that there is no beach for swimming. However to maintain a status of a resort it should have at least another option of a restaurant. there is only one and it takes a very long time. The staff tries but, since there is only one option it is not enough and guests have to eat there whether they want to or not. So a cafeteria with snacks and fast food options would be a great idea to implement, specially for families with children. The staff was great, very kind and attentive to guests needs.

They should advertise that this is a multi level hoymtel with no elevator and that there are a lot of stairs to climb. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The restaurant was incredibly slow. Waitvtime after ordering was 3 hours. The breakfast buffetvwas good. The rooms were large, with a balcony and clean. Be aware it is in a remote area with no restaurant close by. It was about 30 min to town but they did have a shuttle. I liked the hotel and the views but if you want eating options and/or night life you need to stay in town.
