I stayed with my two childern and we enjoyed beach all the day. I love this hotel because of beachfront, and there are so many stores and restraunts. Bahnzan night market was very close and it was very exciting experience to me.:-)

Awful! The hotel, reception and lift all in different places. Does not resemble any of the photos on line, Filthy, needs a re vamp. I didnt stay here i had to book a room elsewhere, my son used this booking as he hadnt booked in advance and it was non refundable.

It was a crappy box 3 sories up a narrow, steep staircase. It is located above a resturaunt that you have to walk through whenever you want to enter or leave the room. The room was in terrible condition. We felt uneasy walking past customers to go to our room. We ended up finding other accomidations so we didnt need to stay there as long as we planned. I cant imagine much worse accomidations. So, the money I spent on it was a total waste. This was the only portion of our vacation that was negative. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would.

Not really a hotel as much as a couple of rooms above a Restraunt, which functions as the lobby. Name wasn't Island Patong, but Modern Residences. Not clean, needs renovations badly, 4 story walk up, carry your own bags. So noisy from road could not sleep.

The people there were excellent. Always willing to help with anything. Bed was harder than I expected. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Right across the street from the beach.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. TV did not work. Took three days to fix. Shower drain was plugged for five days before they finally got it unplugged balcony door would not lock. I’ve seen a show on National Geographic where the prisoners in the Netherlands live better than the people in this hotel has to be the worst.

Except location, nothing was good. Terrible service, No soap, shampoo in room. TV was broken and never fixed in 3 days. Main door lock wasn’t working and they took hours to fix it.

Stunning views but thick dust under bed

The location is amazing. The views are really stunning. Great breakfast.My only complaint is they didnt clean under the bed and the dust was thick, i only looked just before check out when i was making sure nothing went under the bed . I will however probably go back again.

Patong Vacation

Staff was very pleasant. After a significant leg injury the moved my room to a building that had an elevator. Daily they would check if I needed anything. Great location.

Quite cheap and really close to the beach. Good restaurants around. I wouldn't call it a hotel, just rooms on the upper floor of the restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and we got water every day. Check-in was a bit confusing. Otherwise, a really good package

This picture of the hotel Room looks nothing like the room THE Room is very basic and to get to your room you check in at another hotel 100 yards away met with Grumpy receptionist who thinks she is doing you a favour. you then go in a lift walk along a gangway out side and then down 2 flights of stairs, Now you have to go in and out Through a restaurant through a side door thats open 24 hrs in the restaurant beside the Kitchen Main pint is the Room is really basic and LOOKS NOTHING like the picture and i mean nothing like it, only think thos place has for it which is good is that its only accross a road to get to the beach, very basic hoptel more like a hostell

Horrible experience. The check in counter is inside of a restaurant and nobody was there. When I asked one of the restaurants employees for help she yelled at me angry not sure why. After a minute I realized that there was a note to go next door to modern living hotel. When I get next door the people at modern were very nice. If it wasn't for girl named tip I would have just left. I inquire about staying at modern but they were booked. Getting to the room was an experience too. Took elevator at modern to 5th floor then through a narrow hallway. had to carry my heavy luggage down 2 flights of stairs. Then the room Bed hard as a rock. The windows shook so bad from the wind. I ended up putting tissue in between the window and frame. The tfaffic is so loud all night because the windows are so thin. And construction during the day with lots of door slamming from hallway. Terrible. No sound proof at all. Way over priced for this type of room... I'll never recommend anyone to stay there. Modern living people were awesome though.
