Repeat guest here. Other than the slight delayed check-in, everything about the Pullman was as expected: professional, courteous staff, clean rooms, facilities and great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is a SPECTACULAR! Pullman Panwa is always my “go-to” resort: easily accessible to restaurants, and a great, peaceful place away from the busy/party areas.

Great value for money for a luxury resort in Phuket. The 2 infinity pools, pool bar and private beach were the highlights. Service and staff was outstanding. The room itself and hotel grounds were well maintained for a 20 year old property but its age did not go unnoticed. It is secluded and quiet, best to rent a car for accessibility to old town and the rest of the island. Plenty of parking on site

Manager Mr Andrew is the worst of the lot. Appalling attitude and service. This place is the biggest kids club in Thailand. Booked a beachfront villa. What a mistake. Real shame as Thai hotels generally have attentive staff if nothing else. This place is a 3 star hotel so be prepared for that. Not great when you have paid a premium for it.

Very nice beach front hotel in a nice a quiet area. Spacious rooms, good housekeeping and delicious buffet breakfast with top service. Only down side is the shuttle service (too few options) and it needs much better cleaning around the pools.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view and service were amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. The pool area was beautiful, although the pool water was a bit too warm for my liking. Overall, a great experience!

Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim.

Booked this resort for my birthday trip and they prepared a room with birthday decor and a small cake to welcome me , that’s so so sweet ! Staff also very friendly, thoughtful, and they will fulfil your needs if possible. They are complimentary stuffs campaign going on when you join member now. I recommend this resort if you want to chill and a quiet area to stay. Around this area have very limited stores, and don’t have 7-11 nearby. From airport to this resort takes about 1hr plus with smooth traffic.

Bedside Light switch, hair dryer not working. Bathroom door cannot close. 1st night the shower drainage is clogged. Sent this list to hotel, they changed the hair dryer and unclogged the shower drainage. Had buffet dinner at hotel, the BBQ meat and prawn is tough, need to ask chef to re-cook fresh. Not much selection at breakfast too.

Welcome drink was delish. They upgraded me to a villa with private pool. The room was spacious. The bed is too hard but room service came to add more bedding cushions which helped a little. Tamarind Thai Cuisine by far is the best upscale Thai food that I’ve had. Breakfast was good. Nice attentive staff. Nice quiet area. The beach has a beautiful view and was relaxing but has algae or slim. So didn’t go swimming or canoing at the beach. 10-15 min walk to a local night market at Cape Panawa where you can catch a beautiful sunset. Note: No side walk. I would definitely stay there again.
