Pullman Naithon beach is our favourite resort....we came back because our first stay was so enjoyable to be even more impressed this time. The service across the board is exemplary and the property is extremely clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast restaurant (Echo) is even better than two years ago (and it was a big reason we returned) and the home delivery service(in room dining) was efficient and the food of high quality. We are already planning our next visit.

This hotel was incredible. The facilities were fabulous and well looked after. The staff were welcoming, attentive, friendly and approachable - as a solo traveller I never once felt unsafe or out of place. My garden balcony room was spacious, spotless and a delight to spend time in. I can’t wait to come back for a longer amount of time.

It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket.

I’ve never been to a more peaceful and luxurious resort. The staff is soo attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We went during the rainy season so we basically had the entire resort to out Just moments from the beach, the Pullman is the most wonderful experience I’ve had outside of home. I can’t wait to get back here. Special shout out to Beam! We love you guys and we will be back again. 1000/10 stars!
