We loved how close this was to the beach and the pools were nice too. We loved our rooms, bed, bathroom, and the pool access from the balcony was a plus and our favorite part. There’s a 711 located super close and a ton of restaurants and shopping.

Very nice room overlooking picturesque ponds, the hotel is very close to the beach. The pool bar staff were excellent (helpful, prompt and very friendly) , the restaurant staff, whilst very friendly, struggled if there were more than 4 people to serve, and seems inept at getting food out in the right order or within a reasonable time. The arranged trip to James Bond island booked in reception was the highlight of the trip, and whilst the same provider is offered all down the strip, it's cheaper!

The staff were very helpful, room was beautiful, thr breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods and fruits. My only complaints were the showers took like 10 minutes to get warm water, there was no shelf in the showers, and the bed needed a pad because it was like sleeping on a brick.

Our bungalow family suite with bunk beds was perfect for our family of 4 (10 year old twins). We stayed 10 nights. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would not rate this resort highly comparing to its price. Yes, the overall facility (such as trees, swimming pool etc) are comparable with the hotel rating/price. However, it is not backed to the beach. The breakfast is expensive. The amenities in the room are poorly arranged or equipped. For example, there is no chair in my room. The washroom is very small and poorly laied out.
