The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. My room was larger than I expected. I appreciate the waters provided. The hotel works with a massage place across the street, which is one of the best priced places in Patong. Massage was great too. I never felt unsafe in the hotel or the area. There is a 7 Eleven one minute away, which is super convenient.

Room was very basic and dark has window but another building on side of it so felt very costar phobic and not very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and nice. Area of Patong isn’t far from all shops and malls so good location. Personally with my family or by myself wouldn’t stay again due to it not having any natural light and very dated. But for the price will be ok for someone for a quick stay.

Room was an oven due to a faulty AC unit. We were baking in the room and couldn't sleep until the next day. The next day the staff rudely asked us to vacate the room, we couldn't wake up due to the lack of sleep because of the hot room, they still called again and asked us to leave aggressively, so we did as instructed and left. Never going back there again.

Hotel ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel wirklich gut. Mega freundliches Personal die alles versuchen möglich zu machen. Zimmer waren sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Ruhige lage, ein wenig abseits von der Aktion Alles in allem ein 9/10 aufenthalt

Världens trevligaste personal

Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal!!! Receptionen är tiigänglig dygnet runt. Frukost är varjerande och väldigt gott. Rena och bekvämma rum. Stranden är ca 10 min.att go. Området är i lugn plats. Vi har inte fått nogån problem med wifi. Man får 30 min free för massage om man bokar en massage för minst 400 bht mittemot hotellet. Ända minus är att vägen till centrum/stranden är inte bekväm.

Excellent hôtel pas loin de Bangla Road

Mon séjour à Phuket a été de 20 jours. Cet hôtel est très bien situé, propre, au calme, avec plusieurs services pour réserver différentes excursions, location de scooter, demande taxi, etc... Une petite piscine sur le toit idéal pour faire trempette et prendre un bain de soleil au calme. Le rapport qualité/prix est au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très sympathique et certains parlent français ce que peut faciliter le dialogue. Un 7-eleven est juste à côté pour les petits achats. Un salon de massage propose leurs services devant l'entrée de l'hôtel. Bangla Road est à environ 15 minutes de marche. Je recommande.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal unglaublich nett. Der Pool ist winzig und es gibt nur 4 Liegen mit unglaublich verdreckten Matten darauf. Ein Sonnenschirm ist nicht vorhanden, was dafür sorgt, dass man eigentlich verbrennt. Die Lobby riecht wirklich unglaublich schlimm, was sich Gott sei dank nicht auf die Stockwerke auswirkt. Im Grunde genommen, ist es ein sehr altes Hotel mit einem alten Konzept (Schlüssel), das aber sehr sauber ist. Zu Fuß braucht man jedoch fast 20 Minuten bis zum Strand. Dennoch ist es zentral und angenehm zu laufen.
