We had a fantastic stay at Orchid Resortel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We bought the breakfast included option and it was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Night time guests are very loud and during early morning and day time the hotel cleaning staff are shouting across levels. Good location but not somewhere you want to stay if you want sleep / any form of quietness

Better Hotels to Stay

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were friendly and house cleaning did a wonderful job. The room was a decent size but we had to pay an extra 500THB per night for the third person even though we had booked a family room. The pool was small, no gym and the sauna was broken. We probably would not stay at this hotel again given the number of nicer hotels in the area

Noisy. Very nice hotel though.

Got a room in the back, quiet by comparison to the ones in front. The music was still so loud that I couldn’t fall asleep before it stopped at 05.00. You can anlso clearly hear what your neighbors are doing in their rooms… Everything else was perfectly fine. You should book this for your drunken nights on Bangla Road.

Location is good, room is big enough, but noisy

my stay had taken 2 rooms and in 2/F, both were spacious and clean. location is very good. water from the taps were a bit brown. you can hear sound from corridor quite clearly especially at midnight. And can hear people praying in the very early morning, like 5am.

Great location in the middle of all the action. Super clean and wonderful housekeeping services. The rooms are spotless and updated. Hot shower all the time and AC was ice cold ! My room preference was with no window because it was very quiet and able to sleep as long as I wanted any time of the day or night. Great restaurant on the mail level with very good food and service. The rooftop pool area is wonderful and there was never anyone up there so I had it all to myself when wanting to relax for a swim. Staff was very friendly and check in took literally 1 minute and I was headed to my room.

Great value

Awesome hotel to stay. Great location. When I arrived I noticed it was right in the middle of night life I was concerned about noise. They moved my room to the back nice and quiet. Everyone from front desk to all employees very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant in hotel open 24 hours and food is very good. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect Phuket Hotel

The Orchid Resortel is the perfect hotel for Phuket. In an amazing area and very close to Bangla Rd and all the action. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs and a pool and sauna on the roof. Everything you could want and very reasonable prices.

Se vi piace stare in mezzo al casino allora è perfetta 😅 l’hotel è comodo perché a 200m a piedi si ha la via più famosa di patong però di notte non si riesce a dormire La stanza nel complesso bella anche se, noi eravamo in 3, al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che avevamo selezionato una stanza senza finestre e per gentilezza ci hanno dato una camera con finestra peccato però che avevamo un solo letto 😅 bagno grande con doccia spaziosa
