Novotel's staff is hands down the best resort staff that I have ever encountered! Sak and his team of bell men: Am, Bao, and Choo were a pleasure to engage with each day. The scenery/ landscaping is immaculate around the resort topped with great restaurants near the resort for any occasion! I def will be back!

We booked two pool access rooms they were beautiful and so spacious for our family. The hotel has amazing views from every side and very friendly and welcoming staff . The location is a little far from the main spot of Phuket beach. You have to walk down the hill and walk about 15 mins to get to the main centre of the beach. If only they could provide shuttle service to get you to the centre of beach would be more convenient for families.

Absolutely stunning hotel. We had a swim up room which just made the holiday for the children (and us!) Great location on a hill over looking Patong so the view is beautiful and the lobby is quite spectacular. The pools are lovely and clean. Fell completely in love with this hotel! Just the right distance away from the madness in Patong but close enough to everything at the same time. 1 minute walk to patong beach, shops and restaurants. All the staff were lovely and so welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the future.
