This was a fantastic place to stay for the night when our flight got cancelled. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was great and had a large variety of options. The room was comfortable as was the bed.

Great staff so friendly and welcoming especially the younger staff! There was one older dude who was ok. Great location especially for rainy days lots to do near by like salons, cat cafes etc. nice to be away from the beach crowds but still close enough to go. 7 eleven few steps away. You can get Michelin rated grab to hotel. Hotel is spacious and cleaning staff did an amazing job servicing room everyday. The luggage boys are great too! No free Netflix. Bathroom was huge and white and clean! No microwave wish there was and no coffee machines:(

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is well maintained, good facilities, clean, quiet and great service. We made use of the gym and pool. The kids club is on the same floor as the gym and pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Free car parking is at the back of the property and easy access to the carpark and hotel.

Beautiful room with great view. The pool is outside on 4th floor with fantastic view, great place to cool off and unwind. We are a group are 3 adults, a couple and adult daughter and would prefer a double plus single bed option as the extra bed was short, hard to sit up in bed. Sheets and towels very nice, bed was ok comfort wise. Food at hotel was very expensive
