Great hotel near the beach. Delicious breakfasts and clean rooms. A big plus is that in front of the entrance to the hotel there is a tap for washing your feet from sand. The only downside is the noise from the parties and transport traffic from Patong Beach area - but that was expected.

Staff was great, very nice pool, great location by Jetty for people watching, convenient walking to all areas including the beach and restaurants and bars. Rooms were very nice overlooking the pool and the beach. Bar and restaurant and sitting area was nice with breeze from water.

This hotel was great. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The location was great - right on the beach and close enough to the action without being right in the middle of things. There were great food options near by also. The room was clean, spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The air wasn’t super powerful, but enough to circulate the room. Easily walkable to beaches and Bangla street, but separate enough to not be right in the bustle of the wild energy of Patong nights.

Hidden Gem in Patong

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Deluxe Premier Balcony Seaview room which was very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was also amazing. The bed was comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was brilliant. The location was perfect for us with quite a few bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk and a 15 min walk to the heart of Patong (Bangla Road). Supermarkets & a variety of shops were on our doorstep. I initially thought our stay would’ve been quite noisey and loud, but it wasn’t. I defo would recommend this hotel, it’s defo a hidden gem in Patong

Hotel is beautiful and just next to the beach, spa & many restaurants & a 7/11. Pool was charming and staff were helpful. Room was beautiful & clean, bathroom smelled mildly of cigarettes and drainage. We also did notice the manager appeared to be more pleasant towards Caucasian guests but nevertheless was a good stay.

Frankly disappointing

Sea view rooms that aren’t premium sea view rooms are not actually sea view. The property is fairly clean and well located. However, the breakfast is subpar at best and the pool is fairly small to be able to enjoy. The rooms are updated and comfortable though. I wouldn’t recommend.
