Truly a fantastic accommodation - the rooms are charming, the beach clean, the view is breathtaking and they have not crammed the property full of rooms which means the gardens are really fantastic. I was very happy with the quality of the massage and restaurant too. I really recommend this place to unwind and relax.

Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you to the staff who are so kind and attentive. You people alone make the hotel a 10/10 stay. The property is stunning. The view from the pool right alongside the beach was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Stayed in the panorama tent room. Incredible. Breakfast was a 10/10, and the dinner menu is amazing. Tried several items on the menu and everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Would love to stay again one day!

Absolutely amazing, don’t skip this one!

We had absolutely amazing stay in the tented pool villa! The moment I saw the place I wish we had booked a longer stay! So beautiful, peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast served to the room, floating breakfast possible if requested. Barely any mosquitoes where we stayed and the staff puts repellents on in the rooms before it gets dark. Free paddleboarding or kayaking by the main resort. Beach there was beautiful and quiet. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Be aware that the tents are high up on the hill, so it can be a bit of an exhausting walk up back to the room. Renting a scooter makes it easier though. This place is perfect for a honeymoon! We will be back for sure! Worth every penny!

I loved everything about my stay at KoYao
 accommodating, kind, friendly staff, my villa was beautiful, the food was excellent, my spa services were wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy, they booked local tours for me, and even helped with clothing repair when I broke a zipper on my dress! Quite simply paradise.

We stayed on the hill in one of the luxury hornbill tents with a private pool. It was fabulous, but pricy. It was definitely worth the experience for us. We had floating breakfast in our little pool. It was amazing. We then moved down to one of the less expensive villas. These were older, less comfortable, more rustic. Ours was full of mosquitoes and a few other critters. The staff burned mossie coils and we slept under the netting, but there were still lots -- there is standing water next to the property. It may be different if you stay on the right side as you look at the ocean. Ours was in the corner on the left by the mangroves. The grounds are outstanding -- so beautiful. We saw hornbills on the property and really enjoyed the beauty of the beach and island views. The staff tried hard and were very pleasant and welcoming, but could be better trained. I think they are just coming back from COVID and are not up to full speed yet.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach ein Traum. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Da wir wĂ€hrend der Regenzeit dort waren, haben wir darum gebeten unsere eigentlich gebuchte Zimmerkategorie (panorama Tent - liegt etwa 500 Meter entfernt/oberhalb des eigentlichen Hotels) gegen einen Beachbungalow eintauschen zu dĂŒrfen. Dies war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Beachbungalow war , ebenso wie das Panorama Tent, einfach traumhaft schön. Roller konnten wir direkt im Hotel ausleihen. ( 450 BHT fĂŒr 24 Stunden) Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck konnte man zwischen diversen Speisen wĂ€hlen. Diese wurden einen dann direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Die erste FĂ€hre zurĂŒck ans Festland verlĂ€sst die Insel um 6.35 Uhr Dies sollte man beachten, sofern der RĂŒckflug bereits frĂŒh am Morgen sein sollte. Jedoch war das Hotel so lieb , einen Transfer zum Peer um 5.45 Uhr fĂŒr uns zu organisieren, sodass wir nicht extra eine Nacht in Phuket bleiben mussten. Restaurants fĂŒrs Abendessen sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Bungalow am Strand - es war traumhaft! Das Resort ist sehr sehr ruhig, man kann also absolut entspannen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es fĂŒr die Essenspreise im Hotel. DafĂŒr, dass das Essen sehr einfach gehalten ist sind die Preise absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr Arm. Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nie eine Abwechslung. Das war etwas schade. Die Transportkosten sind ungefĂ€hr 4 mal teurer im Hotel als wenn man den Transport bei einem 10 Minuten entfernten Anbieter bucht. Hier lohnt es sich also die Preise zu vergleichen. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft schön!

Un peu déçu par la chambre

SĂ©jour de 5 jours dans l’hĂŽtel et nous avons probablement hĂ©ritĂ© de la plus mauvaise chambre ( au fond du parc et la plus petite) alors que les sĂ©jours sont en moyenne beaucoup plus cours. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus de ce manque de reconnaissance mais peut ĂȘtre l’hĂŽtel prĂ©fĂšre t il sur une mĂȘme pĂ©riode mĂ©contenter ceux qui restent que tous ceux qui passent. Sinon le reste est trĂšs bien.

Lovely location, enjoyed stay but lacks something.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location but somehow it didn’t quite live up to expectations. It’s an expensive option but in a lot of ways had more of a feel of a 3/4 star than premium property. Beach is fantastic and the longest frontage of any hotel I’ve stayed in, really clean sandy stretch and hardy anybody using it bar the odd hotel guest. I’d avoid the cheapest sea breeze rooms unless you are comfortable being exposed to the elements and mosquitoes, at times we needed to sit in darkness to stop insects being drawn in. That said, the room was large and had a fantastic view and will wow you at first sight. Restaurant was ok. Good breakfast choice of reasonable quality items although staff seemed to lack confidence and weren’t that attentive unless you asked. Other than breakfast we only ate lunch once there as it seemed rather expensive compared to the other local places scattered around the area who served comparable quality at around a third of the price We liked the free use of bikes and kayaks etc. Pool had a good location but water seemed a bit cloudy and the filtration seemed to leave a film and scum/leaf residue in corner. Overall we would stay again if the rates were a cheaper or the standards upped a little to improve value.

Superb resort, met strakke hand geleid door de manager, Mr Bonvin. De meest romantische plaats die we ooit hebben bezocht. Fantastisch restaurant, met Thaise keuken waarbij een moderne toets aan de gerechten wordt gegeven. Een plaats om terug te komen.

Lovely place with phenomenal view form the pool, and outstanding stuff. Had a dinner in hotel’ restaurant; food was very good, as well as service. Got an upgrade on arrival to full size villa. It was an adequate size, comfy but slightly tired. Also lights on the deck above a bed were way to strong. I had to take off one light bulb. Dimmers should be installed.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La vue sur la plage est a couper le souffle. Le personnel est à nos petits soins et d'une incroyable gentillesse et discrétion. Les bungalows avec vue sur la plage sont plus qu'un havre de paix, tout est fait pour que l'on se sente chez soi. Un gros + pour la douche extérieure <3 Tous les jours, l'hotel nous réserve des free activities (apéritif au bord de la piscine, excursion en bateau
) Aussi, le petit déjeuner est superbe avec pas mal de choix, de la cuisine Thai en passant par la cuisine européenne. Bref

his place is amazing!

What an amazing place! They really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and memorable. From having someone greet us at the airport and take us to the speed boat to upgrading us to a seafront villa and even arranging a private romantic dinner for two - they were the best!! The resort and the beach is clean, the staff are all friendly and so helpful, the Pum Pui restaurant is one of the best on the island and food is incredibly delicious! The rooms were spacious and comfortable (and they even had an outside shower). Im still day dreaming of being in the infinity pool that looked onto the Andaman Sea. I honestly couldn't have asked for better. We did a lot of research of whether to stay on KYY or KYN and we're very happy we chose KYN and especially pleased with Koyao Island Resort.

Wonderful resort, so relaxing for 5 days after busy travelling for 2 weeks. Beautiful natural sandy beach wow!! Lovely breakfast so fresh. And lovely food and wonderful staff always smiling and friendly. Thanks to the staff who made our days so wonderful! I stayed at villa with suite, lovely comfortable and huge bathroom. Worth spend more money for the villa!!
