Location is really good, near Kata Noi beach. Hotel is simple, cleaning is ok. In all a bit worn down and with thin walls. It’s ok for sleeping but nothing more. We enjoied the beach for a couple of days and then went on to a resort for the rest of our vacation. Italian Job café around tbe corner is a great place for breakfast.

Extended my stay, close to beach

Lovely friendly accommodating staff, located up a hill to keep you fit. Views of sea and big Buddha. I asked for private balcony and they gave me the corner balcony which I was very pleased about. Good WiFi, pool, food options. Good location, close to everything but as up a hill slightly away from hustle and bustle. Bathroom needs updating otherwise really good. Pleased they offered toiletries in large reusable containers. Beach just 5 mins walk away

Comfortable and well located for our needs.

Stayed here for 3 days and it suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean, and spacious with a large comfortable bed. We had a room on the ground floor just next to the swimming pool which we had to ourselves most afternoons when we came back from the beach. In answer to some of the negative reviews yes there is a hill to walk up but it's really not a big deal unless you have some mobility issues. We are in our sixties and both slightly above our fighting weight and we managed the hill OK, at a slow pace. The location is ideal as it's a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a wide array of restaurants. The bathroom is basically a wet-room which is not ideal but not too much of an issue unless you shower enthusiastically !! We didn't sample the food so can't comment on that but the staff were always efficient and friendly. Good value for the price that we paid. I would stay there again.

Lovely peaceful room at great value

Excellent convenient location with everything onc beach within 2 min walk yet away from the main street on a peaceful hill top. Rooms are spacious and airy. Perhaps lighting could improve as it was hard for wfh (work from hotel) Service is friendly, helpful and responsive. Didnt get a chance to use the inviting little pool as it rained. Room service was great, an excellent pad thai that had fresh mix of seafood at a very good price. Loved waking to the song of sunbirds outside my balcony every morning. Definitely booking this place next trip!

Gillar läget på Kata Hill, som är högre upp och lugnt på natten. Tyvärr är uppförsbacken till hotellet jobbig om man inte har kondition ;) Frukost ok! Litet trevligt boutique hotell nära stranden som har turkos fantastisk vatten / hav !! Nära till matmarknaden som var fantastisk!

エアコン水漏れで夜中滑って転び朝フロントに連絡したが故障は直っておらず、何の連絡もないままチェックアウトの朝までそのまま。 オーナーからと朝食サービス・空港迄送迎を700Bって　修理が一番でしょ！送迎なんかボルトの方が安いし、チェックアウトの時なんの謝罪もなく、荷物預けておいて帰って来たら使っていないミニバーのソーダ代請求さる最悪です。

Prisvärt boende med bra läge. Stort trippelrum med sned havsutsikt, balkong med 2 plaststolar. Sköna sängar, vattenkokare och kylskåp. Det saknas bord och stolar i rummet, förutom en sittpuff. Balkongbordet ett lågt mindre ställdes in i rummet vid soffan. Tyvärr fick familjen om 3 personer endast 2 badhanddukar och 2 vattenflaskor. Påpekade flera dagar men hänvisades till receptionen. Receptionstjejen fixade så vi fick 3 vatten ett par dagar. Handdukar byts varannan dag. Lakan byttes inte. Vår lilla tjej råkade av misstag dra upp balkongdörren som gled väldigt snabbt utan dörrstopp, och plastvredet skadades. Vi fick betala 400 B för det.
