The Hotel is beautiful everything is so close, wonderful area, free shuttle bus to downtown and to the beach, I am so happy that I stayed with them. I will definitely come back.

Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless and comfortable, while the front desk staff made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the staff who run the rooftop bar, couldn’t do enough for you. 2 pools to choose from which were never too busy. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of choice and variety. even for fussy eaters. Eggs made to order by the chef. The reception area had a lovely lobby to go and chill in the early hours. The only thing I would change is the opening hours of the rooftop bar to 11pm, but would definitely stay there again.

The first room we got had a bit of a musky smell. We requested to change rooms and the second room was much better. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool has a nice view from rooftop, and has good amount of seating. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the main street of Bang Tao where there are many restaurants and shops.
