I give it a 3.5stars for not being more modern. No power or usb near bed. Old style. Room is good size and ac was good. Convenient to downtown patong.

I booked a room with 3 beds but when I got there they were giving me a very small room with beds and a sofa instead, I didn’t appreciate that, but everything else was very good.

It is a very nice resort. To further improve, I would guess more onsite children arcade style games and family activities like live magic, dance/disco etc would have made it a very good place, an exceptional one *_*

Location is decent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Patong beach but it makes up with a more affordable price for a 5 star hotel.

Good location, facilities, and great staff. We were granted a room upgrade, more spacious, that was excellent. But the room was very dark and felt outdated. Only one bottle of water per person, a drinking water dispenser would have been appreciated. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

The hotel was great, staff were amazing, there were 2 pool options and amazing breakfast variety. The room was spacious and clean, the only minus is the old school shower facing the toilet with a shower curtain.
I would recommend Diamond cliff for anyone wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle but close enough by tuk tuk if you want to go to the city centre, all over a really pleaseant stay
