I like the location of the property its easy to get to all the amenities. The only thing i can say is its starting to look and feel run down. The room i had was confortable enough. But the shower recess was mouldy . The toilet water didn t look clean. The guest ladies toilets was run down and had rust around the cubibles

Convenient location, rooms clean and good size, however no distinction between base room and high end other than TV screen and location on the floor. They wanted to charge $38000baht for a late checkout even though we had 4 rooms booked for a week and had stayed with them repeatedly for a number of years. Obviously looking to make money .. exhorbitant by any standards.

4 Stars, really nice but could improve!

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Bangla road so a very good location. The hotel is really big with an outdoor swimming pool and lounges, breakfast/restaurant, spa and few other things. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and bed was comfortable. The only problem is that when we checked in, we were asked to pay 3000 baht as deposit which is normal and I usually pay with card, however they only took cash. Luckily, my friend had the 3000 baht in cash. They also advised no guests allowed into the hotel unless 1500 baht was paid. One of my friends visited Phuket similar time but couldn't come into the hotel unless I paid 1500 baht so we just visited my friend at their hotel instead. So just be prepared and have cash ready. Breakfast was really good, good variety of options and it was like a buffet style and started at 6.30 to 10.30am. The WiFi had its moments, sometimes very slow and sometimes worked better. If you get the city view, you can see the bars and restaurants behind the hotel all lit up but can be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom, had little insects that you can randomly spot walking around. Overall, a good experience but confused as to why they charge for guests if you paid for the room, should be allowed to have friends around for drinks or relaxing on the balcony. Lots of shops and markets nearby.

Have stayed here before and been to Patong many times It’s an affordable hotel. But the pool bar is never manned. Which is annoying, it’s part of the resort experience. Drinks are also very expensive as is the room service Staff don’t really come around and aren’t overly friendly. Def not rude or anything but the whole feel wasn’t great. Be careful also when walking around wet it’s all very slippery. Make sure you book breakfast or it is 450 baht each 😐 my oversight not including brekkie but that price is ridiculous. Eat cross the road for half that. Sure not a buffet but a lot you won’t eat anyway. The rooms are fine. Little dated but for what you pay it’s comfortable. Often food was left out the front of rooms for hours on end. Bit gross. I also found it took forever for any food to be cleared around the pool. All in all it’s fine but I know you can definitely get a better experience elsewhere unfortunately. I wouldn’t stay again.

Very good hotel, only minutes from Otop markets. Facilities of the hotel were excellent, with staff very helpful and attentive. Only slight complaint was the food warmers for breakfast were inconsistent - some were luke warm, some cold on some days.

Nice Place

Great location near Hard Rock, Seven Eleven pharmacy and O Top markets. Easy and quick route to beach and eateries. Would go back. Pool set up ideal for all including kids.

Rooms were decent. They provide extra towels and umbrellas that you can carry to beaches. Service was really poor here, they denied the smallest of requests. Personally I would not stay here again.

We had a totally enjoyable stay. Bed was extremely comfortable.and staff were very helpful. Only thing was the absence of a swim up bar. However they did bring drinks to the poolside. Location was good with a good selection of Bars and place to eat in close proximity.

We stayed in a premium waterfront room, we meant we had great terrace and access to the pool. The outside area of our room was great but the actual room is a dated, we didn’t find the bed or the pillows overly comfortable. The air conditioning is old so pretty noisy.
