Room was very clean! Staff were fantastic. Definitely an older building and fixings but comfortable! The pool and swim up bar are SO good, especially with the frozen margs. Great location, so much within walking distance. Breakfast is a very typical, hotel European breakfast.

A friendly oasis in the heart of Phuket. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Sai ( ทราย ) on reception who was very nice and friendly and helped with recommendations. Breakfast had a great selection. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Brilliant choice of stay. Close to everything and well kept. The staff were brilliant except for one on our last morning who refused us coffee. We were in the garden section but had a friend at the pool area with a jacuzzi and both were well looked after. To the staff at the pool you were amazing. Bangladesh Road is 10 minutes walk to the left and everything else is as well

Deevana is a faded beauty. The architecture is gorgeous but the buildings themselves are run down and tired, greatly in need a refreshment. If this is done it will be spectacular and I believe there may be plans to upgrade the property. Despite the tired surroundings I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because the location was good and the staff were fabulous, going out of their way to help at every opportunity.

Was a nice hotel, room was clean and the jacuzzi was great. Pool area was lovely. Staff very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is you have to leave 3,000thb deposit in cash. They don’t take cards so make sure you have enough cash. If you purchase drinks, meals they will take it off your deposit when you check out. It’s unusual that they don’t take card as deposit

The property itself is fantastic. Places to sit in the lobby while we wait, a nice semi-outdoor dining area, amazing swim up bar and pool! Some of the buildings are aging a bit but other than that the quality of the resort itself is fantastic! They provide both Thai and western style breakfasts for free every morning, however unless you show up at 6:30am in the dot, the food gets cold pretty quick. A highlight is the breakfast ice cream! Staff are really friendly and helpful. I organised for them to set up the room as an engagement surprise and they went above and beyond to accomodate. They made it really special for both of us and I will forever be grateful!

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Such wonderful people. The breakfast was very diverse satisfying for anyone’s palate. I also felt very safe. There was none of the towel games like Caribbean resorts. There was a lounge chair whenever you wanted one. The resort is close to everything. Highly recommend !!
