They charged 1,200 baht just for a guest visit, which is unreasonably high. It feels like they’re taking advantage of their guests. On top of that, the gaming zone was closed, and even the gym wasn’t available during my stay. Most of the facilities I booked the hotel for were not accessible, which was really disappointing.

The pictures sale you a paradise, but the reality is that is a very outdated hotel and the cleaning is very poor. I’m the bathroom and aircon were very smelly. The only good thing is the pool view and the small pool were very nice too. Aside from that I would skip this hotel.

Even issues happened during our stay. But Front Office Manager - Pond assist solve the problem with her professional service. Besides, Front Office - Jimmy and Joy are friendly. Hotel location and views are excellent. But rooms facilities are ageing. Suggest to renew or it waste the location and view.

It was a terrible experience with us, it was my honeymoon staycation, the toilet doesn’t seems hygiene at all, the shower tap was broken, I complained several times, they just just to wait for 4 days of my stay. The elevated stairs are off at late night, which was very tough for me to get out of the resort. They are just selling the view and nothing else I would say. Never expected this from this Andamantra team.

Was given the wrong rooms because they sold the rooms we reserved and paid for until the next day. A/C didn't work. You have to take a security truck to and from building. When you call for pick up they don't come. Rooms are dirty. Stains on bed broken knobs broken faucet.

No staff to help with luggage upon arrival. We had 5 luggages with 3 kids and a stroller, lugged our own luggage up a flight of stairs to lobby. Waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. This resort is huge with very limited shuttle carts so it was extremely inconvenient to get to places within the resort. There is also no elevator. Morning of check out we called front desk at 6:30am for someone to help with our luggage. Waited 30 minutes, called again and staff finally came 10 minutes after calling the second time. Needless to say we didn’t have time to have breakfast and was in a major rush because of the delay from staff. How this resort markets themselves as 5 star is beyond me. Do not recommend this resort.

Rude staff... ridiculous rules around the key card, towels, check out. Terrible treatment. Filthy bathroom with feces stains on the toilet seat. They Did not clean room every day. They were not kind and offered No hospitality. The only people who were kind were Tip and Sak. Tip and Sak were wonderful!!! Everyone else made me feel unwanted and were extremely rude. The check in lady greeted me with a frown and asked for a voucher as soon as I arrived. I never received a voucher only a receipt via Expedia. I told her I did not have a voucher and she frowned her way through checking me in. When my sister arrived they did not show her to the room. It was a very confusing matrix with a shuttle that is difficult to access...they said my credit card will be held for 2months with a 2000 Baht hold. At check out they the said 14 days. I felt hustled and unwanted. I cannot express how mean and rude the front desk was. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Terrible, horrible and filthy experience. And, not very nice very nice staff.

Le check-in a été effectué pendant 2heures. Le personnel n'est pas du tout professionnel. La chambre n'était pas propre, il y avait des cafards. Les draps étaient en piteux état. (photos à l'appui). A ne pas recommander. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

Bellissimo con manchevolezze

La posizione ed il panorama sono la carta vincente, le piscine anche molto belle. Ci sono grandi problematiche nelle pulizie: penso che non usano attrezzatura idonea e tantomeno prodotti idonei a pulire. Devo anche dire che un giorno stavano pulendo una zona di passaggio esterno con l‘idropulirice…. Quindi non è del tutto trascurato. Anche i giardini sono curati. Ho letto molte lamentele per il trasporto interno… noi eravamo nelle camere più in alto… se non avevamo voglia di aspettare il trasporto andavamo a piedi… effettivamente è solo per persone non pigre. Il cambio delle lenzuola era ok! Vetri e finestre inguardabili per lo sporco. Visto che il nostro soggiorno era di 21 giorni mi sono procurata un buon prodotto e specchio del bagno e piccole altre cose le ho pulite io. Comunque ci tornerei, ovviamente al prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non se dovesse diventare più caro!!!! Anche la palestra era ok ma il pavimento molto sporco, asciugamani sempre puliti.

Hotellet var stort og hadde bra potensiale, men vi sitter igjen med et mindre godt inntrykk, mye på grunn av for lite ansatte som gjør at tjenestene blir halvveis. Spa delen var super, så den er det ikke noe å si på. Rommet var middelmådig rent. Utsikten fra hotellet er det som trekker opp.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with body aches and stiffness. The staff service was terrible. Staff were rude and barely speak english. The toilet in our room leaked everytime we flushed the toilet. Pee, poop, and water along with toilet tissue came out from behind the toilet. The bathroom smelled. The shower leaked water everytime we showered. I will never stay here again and i dont recommend anyone else stays here. By the way, i complained to the front desk about the toilet leaking. They said someone would go fix it. They lied. It didnt get fixed.
