The hotel staff charged me 1,000 Baht when check out for a silly mascara mark stain on bed sheet which i didn't do . I stayed for 12 days just me didn't bring anyone. I don't bring any pen or marker with me !! and let's say i did this, why 1,000 Baht on old worn sheet ?!!

Another excellent stay.

I have stayed at this hotel over 50 nights, and have always been pleased with my stay. The staff are all excellent and remember you from previous stays. The location and breakfast buffet are excellent. It was nice to see that when they were closed for Covid, they did some updates to the hotel. I look forward to staying at this hotel again, and would feel comfortable recommending it to friends.

Very pleasant management and staff, excellent room cleaning. Good restaurant with room service.Many quiet rooms even though the hotel is situeted in the center of Patong. Fair room rates. Not far to the beach, the center of the city and the huge shopping mall Jung Ceylon. Hair dresser and massage possibility in the hotel. Not so good: no beach towels (anymore) available, no swimming pool.

Nice friendly hotel, clean and comfortable. Standard room is basic but adequate. Everything is within a short walk, shopping center, Bangla road and the beach plus lots of restaurants to choose from. For the location and price if you’re on a budget I don’t think you will find better.
