Third time visiting and all the staff are friendly, very respectful and made this another pleasant stay. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, as well as for coffee and dinner. We stayed for four nights in May. The location is perfect very close to good restaurants and local shops. I booked tours to the islands almost every day, and the staff always had my breakfast boxes ready for the trip. The hotel buffet is excellent. I had several work-related tasks to handle, and the front desk staff made the entire process very easy. Finally, since my return flight to NYC was late in the day, they allowed us a late checkout. I highly recommend this hotel; the value for money is top-notch.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. Happy hours and restaurant was great too! Only issue is this hotel is in the heart of Patong and it’s loud at night. We were woken up several times because we could hear loud music coming from the street.
