Best place to stay in Surin Beach; warm, welcoming and friendly staff, who is always available to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are space and clean; and have just about everything you could need to be comfortable. The beach, shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The location is also close by to most beach clubs for entertainment. Lots of options of local things to do and “tourist activities” close by. Great for families especially. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit.

What stood out most was the location. Just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel private. The property feels thoughtfully maintained, and the atmosphere is unpretentious and welcoming. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, offering suggestions when asked and giving space when not. It’s the kind of place that makes settling in feel natural rather than rushed.

The service at this hotel was disappointing. Our room was not ready at check-in, and when we finally received it, it was still dirty. There was trash left in the cabinets, baby handprints smeared on the windows and mirrors, trash in the shower, and the bathtub was filled with standing water. After reporting these issues, housekeeping came and addressed some, but not all, of the problems. During our five-day stay, we were not provided with daily housekeeping service. When we requested clean towels, they were not available. Overall, the cleanliness and level of service did not meet expectations.

Mutta haimme rauhaa ja aurinkoa ja sitÀ saimme...joinakin pÀivinÀ saimme hotellin uima-altaan tÀysin itsellemme! Lousy Motel, DIRTY ROOMS

The rooms were musty and dirty, no utensils are given and very poor hotel service. Breakfast is extremely limited, location is hard to get to and sheets are obviously not changed for a long time. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, EVEN IF THE PRICE IS CHEAP. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT.

Off the beaten path.

This property is a condominium building that owners sublet to the hotel. It is pretty new and spacious and clean. The kitchen was of no use because there were no dishes, silverware, pans, no microwave, just a fridge. The area is quiet and very peaceful - a neighborhood of nice new houses. The trade off for this seclusion is that you'll need a taxi to get anywhere and they're a bit expensive, plus you can't just pop into the hotel during the day. Knowing what I know now, I'd stay near Patong. Also, the restaurant was not that great, but it was low season and the building was empty except for us. I'd recommend this hotel to families with children that want a lot of space, in a nice area with a good pool.

SjÀlva rummen var vÀldigt stora och "lyxiga". AC:n levde om vÀldigt mycket sÄ det var svÄrt att sova pÄ nÀtterna. Fanns inget varmvatten under hela vistelsen (7 dagar var vi dÀr), sÄ det var att duscha i ljummet vatten. Poolen var i behov av renovering och klorhalten var nog inte som den skulle (sved i ögonen pÄ oss alla om vi dök). Var en ganska bit ner till strand och till restauranger sÄ det gÀller att vilja promenera mycket eller helst hyra en vespa sÄ man kan ta sig fram. Vill man vara igÄng mycket under resan sÄ funkar hotellet okej, men inte sÄ trevligt om man vill ligga mycket vid poolen och bada. Trevlig personal och familjÀr stÀmning pÄ hotellet. Inte mÄnga som bodde dÀr under tiden vi var dÀr.

chambre spacieuse, hotel au calme a 700 m de Bangtao beach et 1km de Surin beach. chambre tres sale, passage des femmes de mĂ©nages pour faire le lit, mais le reste de la chambre n'est mĂȘme pas balayĂ©, serviettes trouĂ©s, travaux de construction la journĂ©e avec bruits de marteau piqueur a la piscine. petit dĂ©jeuner pas la hauteur d'un 4 Ă©toiles. jus de fruits chimiques, fruits trop mur,, heureusement vous pouvez commander des oeufs... et pas possible d'avoir un petit dĂ©jeuner avant 8 h pour un dĂ©part en excursion. La navette pour la plage n'est pas souvent a l'heure.

Ett hotell med möjligheter som inte sÀkert infrias

Ett hotell som har stora möjligheter. Rummet vi hade var lyxigt med egen pool pÄ fjÀrde vÄningen, dubbla sovrum och badrum, vardagsrum och kök. Men det fanns endast vattenkokare, koppar och glas. SÄ laga mat gick inte. Frukosten var ok, bÀttre Àn vÀntat. Personalen i reception, sÀrskilt de i ledande stÀllning kunde vara otrevliga. Att klaga pÄ service eller annat möttes med illvilja. Kommunikation och planering mellan personalen var inte sÄ bra och allt fungerade inte perfekt. Vi mötte ocksÄ nÄgra gÀster som lÀmnade hotellet pga dÄligt bemötande och ostÀdade rum etc. Vi hade dock bra vistelse dÀr. Dock osÀkert om vi vill rekommendera hotellet om de inte förbÀttrar service och bemötande. Vi hade problem med wi-fi, sÄ vi struntade i att anvÀnda det. Gratis skjuts till stranden fanns varje timme och hÀmtning fram till kl 17. Det uppskattades av alla. Vi vill rekommendera Surin beach, sÀrskilt för barnfamiljer.

Perhematka 3-, 5- ja 8-vuotiaiden lasten kanssa. Majoituimme 2mh-kattohuoneistoon, jossa oma uima-allas ja keittiö. KeittiövÀlineet saa pyynnöstÀ henkilökunnalta, me kartoitimme lÀhialueen ravintolat ja hoidimme ruokailut siten. Hotellin oma keittiö on myös hyvÀ, yhden testauskerran perusteella =) pihalla valtavan iso uima-allas, jossa sai varsin rauhassa polskia, ei juurikaan asiakkaita nyt tammikuun alussa hotellissa. Aamupala varsin riittÀvÀ ja monipuolinen, kaikille jotakin. Huonesiivous toimi hienosti. Henkilökunta hyvin ystÀvÀllistÀ ja palvelualtista. Hotellista ilmaiskuljetus Bangaton ja Surinin rannoille lava-auton kyydissÀ. KÀvellen kuljimme aina iltaisin jommalle kummalle rannalle ja syömÀÀn, ruoka- ja vaatekauppoja molemmissa suunnissa. Pullovesi kuului huoneen hintaan. LentokenttÀkuljetus kesti n. 40min isossa taksissa, tiet ovat mutkaisia, kuoppaisia ja paikoittain hidastetöyssyisiÀ.

Quite spot at Bangtao Beach

We stayed for 1 night in a 2 bedroom Penthouse room with a pool. The hotel was pretty quiet but the staff service was great. The room was a good size with good amenities. We had 3 kids set up in the second bedroom with a double and an extra single and they had plenty of room. The main bedroom was a great size and from the top floor we could see the Sea. Our only issue was the hardness of the mattresses but it seams this may be a Thailand standard. The hotel offered regular free shuttle service to the beach but you could walk it.

Nice hotel if it was the busy season

This hotel was very nice, but I swear we were the only people there.. It was a little spooky so I guess overall condition was looking a little run down but in the busy season I think this place would be booming! Lovely location, close to the beach but not to close so you can escape. Staff were very nice and over all I'd stay here again.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal und einem schönen Pool. Die Suite ist groß und hat einen schönend Balkon. Die HandtĂŒcher und BettbezĂŒge haben manchmal Flecken und sind etwas zu sehr verbraucht, sind aber trotzdem sauber.

HĂŽtel qui se dit 4 Ă©toiles mais exceptĂ© la chambre vaut un 3 Ă©toiles, les chambres sont trĂšs trĂšs grandes et agrĂ©ables. Je pense qu il est indispensable de louer un scooter Ă  250 B , (le prix est le mĂȘme Ă  l'extĂ©rieure de l hĂŽtel). Si vous ĂȘtes Ă  pied il y a des navettes pour la plage et les restaurants. La piscine est chaude (sauf celles des chambres avec piscine) mais l'entretien autour laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer.

Bra hotell med bra service. Tex ingick transport till dom tvÄ nÀrmaste standerna, Bang Tao med solstolar och Surin utan solstolar. TyvÀrr som oftast i Thailand otroligt hÄrda sÀngar! Mörka gÄngvÀgar som delas med fordon, sÄ en ficklampa eller reflexer rekommenderas faktiskt. Stor gemensam pool med behaglig temperatur och pool pÄ rummet i skuggan, sÄ ganska sval. Frukosten var enkel men ok, under lÄgsÀsong val frÄn meny och under högsÀsong en buffé med fler val. Söker man lugnet Àr hotellets perfekt, söker man hÄlligÄng sÄ vÀlj ett annat hotell. MÄnga fina restauranger innom gÄngavstÄnd bland annat nÄgra av Phukets bÀsta, Palm Àr vÀrt ett besök. Men Àven det enklare Nok seafood var mycket bra!

Chambres sublimes et trÚs propres. Seul le petit déjeuner est à revoir car peu en quantité et non varié.
