We loved our little beach vibe bungalow! The bed was so comfy! The staff were so kind and thoughtful (especially Khalid and Bilqis) 🙂 It was our 30th wedding anniversary and some talented artist decorated our bed with beautiful island 🌺 flowers. We were greeted with fresh coconut water and smiles every day. The pool and lush tropical gardens were magical! Everything you need is just steps away…. AND the beach is too! We loved walking the beautiful long stretch of white sandy beach! 🏝️ We will definitely be back!

The room was clean, had air conditioning, a large screen and glass door, refrigerator with cold water in it. It was well designed with features located in optimal locations. The attention to design extended to the grounds which had water features, including ponds and small swimming pool. It was located a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in terms of tours. The was a restaurant on the property and a person could pay for breakfast. I was puzzled they charged me for a towel that apparently was stained. Maybe, this is the custom in the country. I would go back.

Arrived to a construction site. Reception boarded up. Only to be told by locals it shut down 3 years ago during the pandemic! Expdedia should not have taken this booking and my money. Now awaiting my money back. In the meantime I was alone in a foreign country with nowhere to stay and out of pocket with alot of anxiety! Thanks for the stress!

AVOID!! Sooooo many bad things...don’t even know where to start. I feel pretty scammed by this place...didn’t even stay for the entire booking, had to check out after the first night. First off, the pool was GREEN. It was not swimmable and staff said not to get in it but that it would be fixed the next day. No surprise, it was not fixed...when I asked, all I got was “sorry” but no update about if or when pool would be swimmable. Secondly, this is an alcohol free zone. They don’t sell/serve alcohol and don’t allow it in the common areas. This is not advertised or communicated on their website...which feels like a bait and switch. So much for drinks by the pool while on vacation. Next, the entry doors are your bedroom doors, and are barn style, so they don’t exactly close securely. This means: MOSQUITOES. Plus the bed was hard as a rock...the advertised ‘balcony’ does not exist, it’s just the entryway as you walk up. The breakfast was just bad...they serve hot dogs as “breakfast sausages” lol. When checking out early the staff called the manager based on our above mentioned issues. The manager said that he would refund a portion of our money and we were directed to submit the request through Expedia (since it’s how we booked). But...Expedia told us later that the manager refused our refund. Why lie to us if that’s how it was gonna be?!? They should be ashamed of that. Very disappointing for a place most people may only get to visit once ever.

What an amazing place!

Lovely comfy room, excellent air con (much needed!), great WiFi, great location very close to beach & plenty of lovely restaurants. Good price too, especially over as it was over the Christmas period. Highly recommended.

Nice location near path to beach. Helpful kind staff. Decor was a bit busy but nice and clean. WiFi was inconsistent at times. Very minimal toiletries provided, just very small bottle of cheap seeming body was and shampoo. No bar soap or hand soap.

Gem of a place

Wonderful service, nice restaurant, perfect location. There’s a 7-Eleven right down the street if you want to save on meals, or the beach and its restaurants are literally across the street. The sexiest beach club is just a short walk down the beach once you cross; we splurged and rented a cabana with all the money we saved. We were given a 6 PM checkout for a reasonable fee. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Green oasis for relaxing in perfect location

This place is is just perfect for vocation, its green oasis with nice garden and pool. Just step outside is all you need - beach, massages, restaurants, shops. And stuff is so welcome and nice. I stayed already second year in this place.

Peaceful place set in gorgeous tropical gardens away from the noise. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good restaurants and beach very nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fantastisk sted

Fantastisk lille hyggeligt bungalow hotel. Beliggenhed er i top. 2 min til stranden og lige omkring ligger masser af restauranter, butikker mv. Værelserne er rummelige og rene. Dejligt (lille) pool område. Hotelket er perfekt til par uden børn. Kommer vi til Phuket igen, vælger vi helt sikkert Bang Tao Beach Chalet igen.
