Perfect sea view from the hotel, I can chill at the private pool overseeing the sea everyday. The beach is quiet and clean. I would love to stay at the hotel again when I visit Phuket.

This place is amazing. The villas are outstanding, absolutely top level, the views from the room are breathtaking. Private pool and what almost feels like a private beach. Staff couldn’t do more to help truly 5 star experience. Only one thing I would say was the bar tender on the beach main bar didn’t have the same outstanding attitude as the rest of the staff.

I booked this at the end of a busy 2 week trip to relax and unwind. The giant spa tub did not work, the tub drain did not work, and a valve under the sink malfunctioned and flooded my hotel room. To make up for it, I was offered a free mocktail (aka juice). Property is gorgeous but would never stay here again due to severe maintenance problems.

I definitely recommend the room with the personal pool on the deck because it gets extremely hot and it’s something you can use to cool down, but if you know you won’t be in the room as much any other room is great as well! Gem (front desk receptionist) was amazing, the first night I arrived he was hospitable and gave me several brochures which I used to explore Phuket. He also recommended plenty of great food locations locally in the area. Jenny (front desk receptionist) was amazing and always made sure I was okay and safe the entire time since I travelled solo. The three drivers were great as well. One of them spent a few hours showing and explaining to me the significance of certain areas in Phuket. The restaurant was okay but the view is amazing since it’s right next to the beach, but I recommend eating at street markets or local food businesses in the area.

Jenny demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, always greeting me with a smile and promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. In conclusion, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the impeccable service delivered by Jenny and the overall excellence of your hotel. I would like to extend my commendation to her and acknowledge her as a valuable asset to your team. Bandara Pool Villas was amazing. The Ao Yon villa was luxurious and picturesque. My family loved our stay in this one-of-a-kind suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. My family would thoroughly recommend this property.

However, I can’t think of one accommodation that impressed us with a sincere desire to provide the best experience for their customers more than Bandera Villas in Phuket. Get ready to be dazzled by the ultimate oceanfront experience, complete with jaw-dropping views and service that redefines excellence! Our time here has been nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like part of the family. Their service is truly world-class, with a level of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that’s hard to match. They always greeted you with a smile. Every team member, from Kimmy for facilitating to Excel for executing, Jenny, Nannie, Meyou, Korn, Chine, Bee, and the entire support staff (some names we weren’t able to get), played a crucial role in making our stay and my birthday celebration unforgettable. They surprised me with a cake and even sang me a birthday song. I was so surprised and appreciated every minute of it. We loved the panoramic ocean views, the daily buffet with food to order, the daily restocking of the mini refrigerator with sodas, juice, and sparkling water. They also restock your basket of snacks, pastries, and fruits daily. Bottled water are complimentary which was so convenient because the villas are in a remote quieter area away from the grocery stores and the hustle and bustle. Best!

Amazing stay! Room service went above and beyond and were there to help whenever we needed. Kimberly and Jenny at the front desk gave us the best service and made sure our honeymoon experience was perfect!! Thank you to everyone that worked during our stay Nov. 19-21, to the bellhop that helped with our luggage, to the cooks and waitresses at the restaurant, the bartender by the pool, and the water activity worker who helped us with the paddle boards. Best service in Panwa beach!!
