Really enjoyed the resort the staff was great, their restaurant is amazing! Gotta try the cashew chicken & chicken tikka masala. The staff ordered taxis for us when needed, it’s very clean. Only thing is when we asked for an extra pillow or blanket they would charge us for it. Other than that it was great.

The place was clean and the room was nice . My problem with this place was that they completely over charge for everything. They charged us 15 dollars for a towel they said we stained which was completely untrue since we had not used it. We felt that overall they were just overcharging for everything .

I feel like we got something different than we saw at the website when booking it. When we checked into the room I had to go to a 30 minute mosquito hunt, only to find out that the bathroom was dirty. The mirror was not clean, there was mold and the shower couldn’t even stand up. When it was time to sleep, we couldn’t because you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside and from the neighbours’ room. We were also unlucky that we had noisy neighbours at night. Furthermore, the bed was rock hard so was not comfy at all. The resort itself is nice, the staff is nice, the restaurant food is nice as well, but honestly I considered of going somewhere else while we were there. Also the location is not very convenient. I sadly would not recommend to stay here

From check in to check out all the staff were amazing from being genuinly polite to the bar staff bringing over the drinks menu when your by the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable and big bed with a spacious rooms and a large balcony.

Pools were great as were the breakfast (meat, eggs cooked the way you want them, cereal, breads, fancy coffee, yogurt and fruit). Rooms have little bugs -- didn't realize until we left a pack of mentos out and it was almost black with little bugs. Hotel also has air von blowing at bed, so I would wake up so cold, turn it off, then wake up sweating, turn it on, repeat. Our room came with a free couple's massage per day, which we thought was super nice Unfortunately the girls were getting texts the whole time and even answered their phones while massaging. They spoke non-stop to each other that it wasn't very nice. We only used two massages out of four because of that. After the first time, we thought for sure that was a one off experience, but it happened both timds. Id rather pay money for massages than go back there for massages. Still, great hotel and friendly staff.
