“Habitación grande”

“I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!”

“The property and its management was all well with my observations.”

“If you have ever been to Hanoi, you would know how busy and noisy the city is. Staying at the Diamond Westlake Suites is the complete opposite. It is tranquil, and a very relaxing place to stay. The room was super large, with separate bedroom, and living area. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, electric cooker, rice maker, kettle, pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board The large free form swimming pool had three sections, one at 1.8m for swimmers, one...

“房間插座不符國際需求”

“The room was impeccable: very comfortable, spacious, and with a beautiful view. It had all the amenities you could need. If you book a room with a washing machine, it’s honestly the best option, and the hotel even provides detergent for your stay if you ask for it. The staff was wonderful: extremely attentive and kind. They made us feel very comfortable and were always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was honestly spectacular. There were many options, both local and...

“After a week away in Haiphong and Cat ba island where I enjoyed an amazing cruise to Lan ha bay and Hai long bay I made sure to book my final few days back at this hotel because my first stay here exceeded my expectations, again I cannot complement this Hotel enough as it’s location, amenities and warm service from the staff, if you are staying in Hanoi be sure to book your stay here and you will not be disappointed, while in Vietnam I’ve stayed in over 10 different Hotels from Ho Chi Minh, Da...

“The accommodation is perfect for what I wanted for my short stay in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful with guiding me how to get there. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities like an induction, microwave, kettle etc. enough for you to make a quick light meal. I will definitely stay there again if travelling back to the area.”

“I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...
